I wouldn't buy a car from them again if someone was

I wouldn't buy a car from them again if someone was paying. Every car in here has 2.9% or 3.9% APR. What they tell you is all the material you need so you spend alot of time running back and forth (20 miles each way). Then when you finally get to the financing the next day. They dropped the price down to 20,000. To find out you need yet another piece of paper. To have to come back the next day for the price to go back up. Then they charge you 20% interest with a 720 credit score. No money down my tail. This pla e should be sued.... Let me state that Salesman was not the issue. He never offered anything that was not approved first. He done his job. It took a matter of 3 days and 5 trips to Athens before this was completed.

Was very disappointed in service.

Was very disappointed in service. Gross incompetence and in experience. Had a window not closing completely on a six month old Telluride and they called it a diagnostic issue requiring five days. Engine was idling roughly and again wanted it five days to diagnose. No valet service no loaner. No management in service at check in. I like the car but would not buy another Kia in Huntsville to avoid the dealership

At the time I bought my first Kia I was very satisfied,

At the time I bought my first Kia I was very satisfied, then I traded and now have my second forte that has only 65,000 miles and 1 more year to be paid off. My issue is that when I purchased it brand new in 2019 I was sold an insurance policy on electronics in which is added to my payment. I wasn't told there were different kinds of electronic policies just that my electronics were covered to 100,000 miles. My backup camera is going out and I believe it is a default on Kias part because it has some sort of glue or something around the edges that can be seen when looking at it and one service tech said it was some sort of retention. Insurance says I don't have the correct policy to cover this and Kia takes No responsibility! A 1200.00 dollar part on a fairly new car and no one is responsible! While Kia may sale the heck out of cars they suck when it comes to Responsibility after the sale. I believe Kia should be responsible considering it is Absolutely a defect!

I am only giving a one star because my sales person,

I am only giving a one star because my sales person, Keoni was the only good thing. I bought my car in November. I am still waiting on all the bubbled up tint to be fixed, I am still waiting on the scratches on a brand new car to be buffed or painted. Someone messed up my tag issuing so instead of paying a transfer fee I had to purchase new tags. That took longer than the 20 day drive out tag, so guess who had to pay for that. ME. Its the little things that add up. THEN, I have my first service, that was horrible, was told it was vacuumed, it was not, but they did put a sticker on my mirror that said the did and left all kinds of residue on it. Someone called me to follow up, that went no where. Then the MOST AGGRAVATING....... I was promised by a couple different sales managers that after four on time payments to come back in and we could re-finance. LIES.. I was just given some options to check. The only reason I bought the car was the promise of refinancing. .. NOW... I go to my bank to try and get help. They told me what I needed, so I call Kia Finance. ONLY to find out that I apparently bought a service contract for roughly 3500 dollars, that we knew nothing about. This whole experience has been horrible since day 3 only because Keoni is good! I feel like I was absolutely screwed over and someone owes me some answers! I had my oil changed last week, seen the Mr. Arthur Seaton himself, asked me if I had been waited on, then in the most unfriendly way pointed to the cashier! HMM... Definitely didn't want to bother a clearly bothered boss. ** STILL WAITING... MELISSA ROEBUCK ***

Do not trust these guys especially Tre Sutton his dad is

Do not trust these guys especially Tre Sutton his dad is Arthur Sutton in the commercials. He will take advantage of a person who is elderly also. Do not trust this dealership. If you do trust this dealership make sure the numbers match what the salesman said. They are worst than a used car dealership.

The advisor was good.

The advisor was good. The lady at check out refused to take my coupon for $10 off. The oil change was very expensive. I have 2 kias, but I will NEVER come back to have my cars serviced!

We've purchased two vehicles since moving to Tennessee,

We've purchased two vehicles since moving to Tennessee, both from University. So when wanting another vehicle, we went to University. Made an appointment to drive (at least an hour) down to look at two Kia Sorento's, a 2021 and 2022. Only to find out the 2022 had been sold and the 2021 was having work done and we couldn't see it. None of this was even mentioned to us when we were contacted to ensure we were coming 1/2 hour before we arrived at the dealership (we were already on the road). This was October 7th. We knew that this was the vehicle we wanted, so we didn't look further and drove back down October 31st to ostensibly purchase it. What a farce. We wanted to trade in a 2005 Sorento we purchased new from them. Don't believe the words in their TV ads, you've got to read the fine print at the bottom. Their "$5000 over Kelly Blue Book on a trade in" is only applicable to their two top end vehicles. Offered us $500 for a trade in that was driven consistently. And wouldn't even talk about anything but the advertised price, even knowing that the part they needed took 3 1/2 weeks to come in. What does that say about any future parts needed? No respect for customer loyalty. No military discount offered. BTW. This is not criticism for Stacy, our salesman. He tried to work with us and made an offer that we accepted and would have purchased with. But the manager on duty refused to approve anything that Stacy offered. We'll not set foot on any Greenway Automotive Group dealership.

Service

The service was great and people were friendly and fun. The lounge was very nice with anything you could possibly want or need, and they offered to take us anywhere during the service if we wanted.
