Incredible Atmosphere

When I went to University Kia, I was in a bad place. A week prior, my car had been totaled by a drunk punk wielding a four thousand pound death machine. I wasn't given the liberty of deciding when I would buy a new car, that decision was made for me by a selfish individual who didn't care who he infected with his whiskey filled butterfly effect. That being said, purchasing this vehicle was the greatest car buying experience of my life. The salesman I dealt with was named Heath. He took time to make sure I found the vehicle that worked best for me and my family. I greatly appreciate all of his efforts.

Best place to buy a new car!

Most car dealers have outrageous prices and high-pressure sales associates. Prices on new AND used cars at University Kia are lower than any other dealer around. I was able to get a new Kia for THOUSANDS less than MSRP. I LOVE MY NEW KIA!

The transmission went out on our vehicle so we visited University Kia and talked Heath. He was phenomenal at getting us into the vehicle that fit our family needs. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Heath for all your car buying needs!

I was looking for a car but wasn’t sure if I wanted a new or used. Heath was very patient while telling me about my options. When I make my decision I will surely ask for him.

Great Experience

In my own experience, car-buying has usually been a stressful process, so I can be skeptical when having to shop for a new car. High pressured sales representatives are frustrating; but just as frustrating are sales reps who don't seem to know much of anything about the cars they're selling. I have to say, University KIA took me by surprise. Andrew Harris was exceptional! There were a couple of cars that caught my interest, and he seemed to know everything a person could know about each of them--telling me things about them I wouldn't have even thought to ask, which helped a lot! Thanks to him, I was less stressed and felt well-informed and equipped to make the right choice. No stress, no pressure...just genuinely caring and helpful guidance with lots of patience! Thank you, Andrew. I hope you're still working there the next time I need a car.

kia sportage

I bought a 2020 Kia Sportage. I was able to do 90% of every thing on line and by phone. Calvin made the buying prosses very quick with no presser at all. Calvin had the Sportage clean and ready when I arrived. He call me a couple of days latter to insure that I understand how all the tec stuff worked and understood how to use it. I will buy all my Kia's from Calvin at University Kia.

Used vehicle

University Kia was helpful in searching their used vehicle inventory. The manager did not put any pressure on me to purchase. I will return again. The free coffee was a nice touch.
