Definitely Coming Back

You probably do not see someone writing reviews for a sales person who did not sell you a car, but Ricky Kinemore had such great customer service, I had to let the world know who they should call if they want a car. He was professional, he was funny, and he isn't too bad on the eyes! Seriously though, Ricky Kinemore left such an impression on me that after I get my down-payment, I only trust that money with Ricky Kinemore at Easterns Automotive Group in Laurel. See you guys soon!!!

Ask for Ricky Kinemore

If you are tired of being misled in your car purchasing journey, you need to make your next and last stop at Easterns of Laurel and ask for Ricky Kinemore. He was the only salesman on the floor who was actually working. He was constantly to and from his desk answering my questions, promptly providing me with necessary paperwork, and constantly communicating with his managers, which made the process better because once I met Jesus (one of the 3 mangers), there was nothing left except for me to sign my name. I am the proud owner of a new/used car and I owe it all to Ricky Kinemore. Call him ASAP!!!!

Go to Easterns of Laurel and See Ricky Kinemore

Ricky Kinemore made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process even though I was sure nothing could be done for me. I figured the challenges on my credit were too severe. After Ricky was done with me, I was driving away in my brand new car!!!! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't been there myself, so even if you think you cannot be helped due to bad credit history or whatever problem, I'd bet my bottom dollar that Ricky can work it out. Don't ask for anyone else except Ricky Kinemore.

good service, helpful

Me and my fiance came in to look at purchasing a car. We had Norwood as our salesman and he did the credit check and paperwork with us. He was very helpful and polite. We had a good experience here and would come back.

Ricky Kinemore is a Miracle Worker!!!!!

Due to prior experience, I was not at all expecting an easy car buying experience. I expected an overbearing, sneaky, and untrustworthy sales person, but to my surprise, I was greeted by the most down-to-earth, professional, genuine salesman I have ever known. Ricky Kinemore is so great, you would have thought he was a manager. Go to Easterns in Laurel, MD and ask for Ricky Kinemore if you want the best of the best service!!!!!
