I successfully purchased my first car from a dealer all thanks to the help from Jim Miller at the downtown Spokane Subaru dealership. As this was my first experience I can tell you I was very nervous about making such a large commitment!! Jim was very understanding and helped with everything I needed. From the moment I spoke to him on the phone I knew this was my guy! His goal was not to sell me a car, instead he wanted me to find the right car for me, it was really an eye opening experience for me and one I will not soon forget!!

I had purchased a new vehicle from my local dealership. About 8 months after owning this wonderful vehicle, a strange noise could be heard under the dash. The dealership was quick to get me in, kept the car for a short period of time to see if they could decipher what the noise was, and promptly returned my car to me. At that time they were not able to determine what the noise was but reassured me they were not just letting this go. After a few months and much research on their part they asked for my vehicle back to get the noise taken care of. They kept me in the loop the entire time they had my car and were just wonderful to work with. My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition and I could not be happier to refer this dealership to everyone I know.

Service was excellent. Danny in service department very helpful. I would have liked to have the option of having to-go coffee cups.

Sam helped us find a the perfect vehicle that fit our circumstances and the team there made sure we were taken care of from our trade to the interest rate needed. This is our second Subaru but Sam and Tyler have made us customers for life.

I explained my buying situation to Steve Blue and told him I did not want to go through the whole buying experience. I told Steve what I was looking for and that I intended to purchase a Subaru within the next couple of weeks from whoever would sell the car I was looking for for the best price. Steve quoted me the lowest price out of the three nearest dealers and was able to adjust numbers to meet another buying need, and was still able to provide the item needed and still beat the next lowest price quote. I appreciate Steve understanding the buyer/seller relationship and staying within acceptable bounds of this transaction. Steve also noticed another problem with the windshield between purchase and pick up and had a solution for the damaged window taken care of at the time of pick up. His honesty during this transaction is commendable and appreciated. I would recommend Steve Blue for both his knowledge of product, his honesty and his desire to help people.

Due to the high volume of customers the day I bought my new 2015 Forester XT Touring, I was helped by several different guys. They were all professional, friendly and helpful. Never once did I feel pressured. I wasn't very well prepared to actually purchase a car that day (didn't bring my financial info), and in hindsight I probably should have just sold my 2009 Forester XT by myself instead of trading it in. With that said, I felt I got a fair deal and I'm very happy with my purchase - no regrets. Love, love, love my new Forester!!! Thank you Nick (Joe, Aaron and Tyler too) and all the other people who were delighted (and a little jealous!) that I got that super awesome Forester!!

Subaru Spokane is the best for fast, efficient and thorough service. I arrived just slightly ahead of time for my appointment for an oil and filter change, checked in immediately with no wait, and made myself comfortable in their spacious waiting room. I didn't even get through half a magazine before I was paged to pick up my car! The service had been completed, the engine and other fluid levels had been checked, and the car had been washed! Their new remodel of the service area promotes fast and easy access and exit, and a comfortable wait.

I bought an 08 Honda CRV from Subaru of Spokane on 12/15/14. I live 3 hours away from Spokane. I was looking on line at the Auto Trader and found the CRV. I emailed the dealership for more information and in less then 2 hours, I received an email from Jim MIller! I responded with a few more questions and again, got a very quick response. This time it was from Josh Paparazzo, Jim had said he wouldn't be in to help us and Josh would take over, I was a little hesitant at first , but, Josh did a great job of getting all the information together, so everything would go smoothly once we got up there. We got there pretty late, but, in no time the paperwork was done, and I walked out with the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with no hassles at all! Took about an hour and a half! With professionalism, courtesy and integrity, the team Jim and Josh did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Thank you Jim, Josh and Subaru of Spokane for giving me the car of my dreams!

As we were driving to Spokane from Omak the engine oil light came on unexpectedly. We decided to stop at Downtown Subaru to set an appointment. They had an opening at that time and fixed our vehicle. We were so ecstatic and pleased with everyone.
