Won't shop anywhere else for a car

This company is outstanding. Professional. Friendly. Fair. Knowledgeable. John LeFriec, the General Manager, has created a positive environment in all aspects of the company....sales, service, follow up etc. We have purchased 3 Subaru's here. Our salesman this time was Aaron Hauer. Simply 1st class. I felt absolutely NO pressure and he went well over the second mile in helping us with whatever we needed. Very knowledgeable and effectively helpful.

Enjoyed the indoor shopping.

Subaru Forester 2015

Drew and Eric made buying super easy.

I came in to the dealership after test driving a 2010 forester at another dealer because I was less than impressed. I came in to Subaru of Spokane just to see what a new Forester would run us for price. We were immediately greeted/recognized by Eric (who my cousin worked with before). Eric led us to Drew since he was currently with another customer. Drew was great, helped us look at a new forester, gave us pricing. There was no xt's available to check out at the time, so he took our info and gave us a call when they arrived and we loved it. He was very helpful, showed us all the features, was very helpful about working with us to get the payment we were looking for. I was surprised we were able to get into something so nice with 10 miles for around the same payment as the 2010 forester we had looked at. The entire process was quick, easy, friendly (even with 2 toddlers messing around at the dealership the entire time). I would recommend Drew to anyone. Thanks again!

My Crosstrek

The overall experience was great! This is the second time I bought from them, the first in 2005. I love my new Subaru and the sales people there are wonderful.

fantastic experience

I was extremely satisfied with the professional service I received from the sales rep, Joshua. He spent hours with me, as I was learning about the different vehicles and comparing specs. The best part was getting a fair trade in on my vehicle and a great deal on my 2015 Forester.

Our 2015 Subaru purchase at Subaru of Spokane

We purchased our 2015 by phone and email with Eric at Spokane Subaru and with your finance department. When we arrived from Billings Montana they had everything ready and taken care of. Excellent all the way around!

My first Subaru

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I received when trading in my Nissan for a 2015 Forester. My sales advisor, Joshua Paparazzo, truly went out of his way to give me the best deal possible and even drove to Seattle to get the car for me, that I had requested! I am a very happy customer.
