Easy and painless

Ordered my 2015 WRX from Steven back in august. Even though the car is in high demand, he managed to order one how I wanted and at a great price! I love the car and had a great experience working with the staff there.

Best new car purchasing experience in 35 years

Steve Blue made buying our 2015 Forester the easiest, no-pressure, purchasing experience for my wife and I. No up selling, no pressure tactics, no competition-bashing, no underhanded salesman tricks, nothing. Just honest answers to questions, enough time to feel comfortable that we were making a solid choice, and getting good value for the car at the end. We are happy with our purchase, and happy with the service from Steve.

We went to Subaru of Spokane on October 16th to ask about buying our Leased 2012 Forester; on October 17th we drove our new 2015 Forester off the lot! We did not have any intention of buying or leasing a new car when we walked into the dealership. We credit this change of decision to two factors: The 2015 is an incredible car - how you can improve upon perfection I do not know but we love the new car. The other factor is an excellent salesperson - Eric McMahon. It takes good salesmanship to sell a car to someone who does not want a new car but is happy with the decision. Great customer service

Sonny was a great person to talk with about my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly. The dealership had a good selection to view and test drive and everyone that I talked with was very helpful.

Price On Work Done

I can't really comment on "Price" since this is my first time to a Subaru Dealer for car care. I really did not have time to research price ranges for the work done on my car. The price however was in my expected price range, so I had the work done.

Subaru of Spokane

~In for my first service and I was floored by the pleasant employees. My service advisor, Tim Prevett, went out of his way making me feel "special", like my car repairs were his number one priority. I found him to be professional to everyone and say "hello" the minute they came in the door. Seemed to me, the employees all love their jobs and it shows. It's not even work to them. And it is that joy which makes our car service time pleasant. Usually, taking your car to get work done is only stress and costly. My car is ready for the "winter" and although, I've spent some money I feel good about it. Thank you Subaru~
