Today's technology makes buying much easier. I talked with my salesperson via email and was able to get most of the information I needed before going to the actual dealer location. The buying process, itself, was a bit daunting because there were way too many people doing each step. I would have preferred to talk with just ONE person. After you commit, there is a barrage of people involved in the final closing. However, every person was professional and well informed.
