We loved working with Steven Blue.
Steven was both efficient and attentive even though he was completing work with another customer. He gave us full attention and moved the process along. My only comment is that it took a total of three hours and 15 minutes to complete the process. Since we came from Missoula and worked right through lunch to buy the car, it was a bit of stress on our time and bodies. You have probably heard this before as a comment. I do wonder if there is a way that the process can be shortened. We were able to pick up or clean, new Subaru and drive it home that very day. We were completely pleased with the end result. Perhaps the key is to begin the process earlier in the day.

Very poor customer service
Bought a brand new 2017 Legacy from here in July of 2016. It was the beginning of my nightmare. I have owned Subaru vehicles before and have been looking forward to purchasing a new one. I wish I had gone ANYWHERE else. My first salesman really screwed up the deal and I was transferred to Steven Blue. He tried to make things right but it was just a comedy of errors with the whole transaction. Steven Blue, tried his best but all other customer service is nonexistent. I can't tell you how many calls I have made for various issues that don't get returned, or issues that never get resolved. I have been made to feel insignificant and unappreciated after spending over $35,000 for a brand new car. Scheduling service is easy online but don't let the button that says you want a loner fool you. You will not get a loner. First time I got to the dealership expecting the loner I requested online because I had another appointment with my son. Although my online appointment clearly stated I wanted a loner I was denied and told I would have to wait for my car. So my son and I missed his appointment as we sat in the dealership waiting. The next time I scheduled online requesting a loner AND called the service advisor, Aaron Hauser, I was assigned. My appointment was for the following week. Aaron, said he would call me back by Friday when I specifically told him I could not wait until the day before to find out I would be stuck at the dealership while my car was serviced, had a camera repaired and an interior detail. Of course... he waited a week and called me back the afternoon before my appointment and left me a phone message to tell me I would not get a loner. Tried calling him back and left two messages but never got a return call . Also text him, but was ignored. So now I had to reschedule my appointment because again I had other appointments and could not wait at the dealership all day while they did the repairs and interior detail. Its par for the course with this dealership. Calls are not returned, emails are not returned and you basically get blown off if you have any type of issue. I wish I had gone to ANY other Subaru dealership, although I love my car with the stress and inconvenience this dealership has caused me it would have been worth the extra money I would have paid and the longer drive to go to either Idaho or Spokane Valley Subaru.

Steve Blue is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. He was direct, informative and made the whole purchasing experience very pleasant. I'll be recommending him to anyone wanting to purchase a Subaru.

The dealership was very easy to communicate with, had exactly what I wanted, AND was able to beat everyone else's price point. The dealership worked with me to get into a new car within my budget and have continued to provide service since buying the car, they set my up with Liberty Mutual to get a great insurance rate and a 50$ gas card just for coming back in to have them answer any questions!

The Extra Mile
We purchased our second Subaru from Steve. He was great when we bought our Forester almost three years ago, and did everything possible to make sure we got what we wanted then. When we contacted him about possibly buying a new CrossTrek he called us back that day. He stayed late so that we could come and look at it, taking the time to answer our questions, and the countless questions from our daughters with honesty and enthusiasm. We will absolutely buy another Subaru from Steve in a couple of years.
