No Hassle - Great Deal!
I was pretty sure I wanted a Subaru Forester, but after talking and listening to Steve Blue, my mind was totally made up! He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, and explained things in terms I could understand. I came back knowing exactly what I wanted, and at no time did I ever feel pressure to buy more. I knew exactly how much I could spend, and Steve found the perfect car for me! I am VERY satisfied.

Lots of things to learn abouthe car. Very nice features. Comfortable driving and looking forward to taking it on a trip. Learning all the features and able to use them. Steve and Matt both very helpful and willing to answer my questions.

Great Experience
We live 100 miles north of Spokane and buying a car can be a hassle because of the distance. We knew we wanted an Outback, and were able to look at the inventory online. When we found just what we wanted at a great price we were able to actually purchase the car over the phone. Then, to our surprise, Steve offered to drive the car up to us. What terrific customer service! We have a new car in our garage without ever having to leave our house. Our best car buying experience yet.

Good experience at the Subaru of Spokane
I recently bought a used Subaru from Subaru of Spokane. I went there with a friend, and we were treated with respect. I knew what I wanted to get before I went in and they didn't try to sell me anything else. They were friendly and easy to deal with. I went in, looked at the car I had checked out the night before in their online inventory, took it on a test drive, and bought it the same day. I would recommend Subaru of Spokane to anyone considering buying a car.

They Rock!
I purchased my 2013 Forester here a couple of years ago. Excellent sales-team. (Stay away from Subaru in Spokane Valley) Today I brought my car in for an oil change. Aaron, an excellent young man, told me that Subaru was aware of some Subaru's having an oil consumption issue. My vin # put me in that catagory. They changed my oil and are running an oil consumption for 1200 miles. If my engine, does indeed, need a part to correct the issue, Subaru will take care of it. They shuttled me to work this morning and picked me up right on time. EVERYONE I have had contact with at this location has been outstanding. Their sales floor and service desk are immaculate. I am so glad I did not take my car in to another mechanic for oil change. I am sure I would not have been notified of the possibility of an issue. Subaru's of Spokane is honest and have integrity. Check them out! THANK YOU!!!

2nd Subaru and I am loving it!
This was my second Subaru from Subaru of Spokane and both times Steve Blue had to go the extra mile to get what I wanted and even came to my home afterward and programmed my Homelink garage door opener in the mirror. I would recommend him for his easy going style and he is a good listener.

Painless process and great selection
Steven Blue knocked it out of the park. I called him up and asked if he had any vehicles that met my "wants" and he said yes. first car we looked at is exactly what I had asked for and no more searching was needed. We made the deal work and I was on my way in no time. This was honestly my first time as a repeated buyer from a dealership. Both times have been very easy going.

Purchase Review
Salesman Aaron Hauer 2014 We bought a brand new 2014 Subaru Outback from Aaron for my wife. Nothing special throughout the buying experience, he did a basic job for us. I was interested in purchasing another vehicle a couple of weeks later for myself, and so I made an appointment. Aaron didn't show up to the appointment and pawned me off to someone else who tried to spark my interest in a vehicle that had been in an accident. Just a few days before that we had sent in my in-laws to buy a car from Aaron. They bought a brand new Outback from him as well. We didn't receive any type of communication to thank us for the referral. Consequently, I ended up buying my new Mini from another dealership. We will be trading in my wife's Outback for a new Tribeca from a different dealership, as well, unfortunately. I'm sure Aaron didn't intentionally give us poor service, but because of our past experiences, we will not be back to the Subaru of Spokane.

Best Experience!
We ordered our new Subaru Crosstrek online through Subaru of Spokane. Our client advisor, Steve Vigue, was extremely helpful, throughough, and patient when it came to answering all of our questions. Once the car was scheduled for delivery, Steve checked in every day with us to let us know where the car was and when we could expect it. Once the car was ready for pick up, the process was extremely easy! We purchased a spoiler for the car and Murray had it installed as soon as the car arrived. Steve was very throughough with all aspects of our paperwork the cars funtionality. Mary in finance was great! The biggest thing I appreciated from all three of these individuals is there was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want. Steve and Mary explained all the additional options and services we could buy but didn't push hard when we declined. All in all, I will be returning back to Subaru of Spokane for my next Subaru!
