Bought a vehicle, and it was all messed up. Appeared as if they had been clearing check engine lights and coolant was leaking out if the bottom of the colarpet through the heater core..

Great shopping experience. Very nice salesperson (Marsha) and everyone else friendly and helpful. Great to work with. Got a great deal. Car shopping not fun, but this time it was fast and easy.

This is a relatively small dealer, so shoppingwas easy. Impressive selection! Everyone was low key and easy to deal with. I considered several of their cars and bought a very clean Honda Odyssey

I asked "Stacy" and "Steve", over the phone, about a BMW they described to be in "excellent condition" if there were any leaks on the vehicle at all. Both answered no, none at all. I asked if the vehicle runs and drives without issues, the answer was a resounding "yes" from both. After flying in to Memphis from Indianapolis to purchase the car, I found the car leaking engine oil at an alarming rate. The front suspension was so far out of adjustment (or damaged) that the inside edge of the front tires was worn down to the canvas. The car also pulled to the left at a massive rate. The clutch would grab harshly at the point of pick-up, indicating a badly worn component. Despite these issues "Steve" would not budge on the price of this xxx, and referred to the "no-haggle-pricing" of their shady business. I lost $300 in travel expenses and drove a rental car home. Stay away from these crooks if you value your time and money. 1 star for the liars at Memphis Car Smart, 0 stars is sadly not an option.

Purchased my 2013 INFINITI JX35 on 10/20. Called ahead and told them I was driving almost 3 hrs to look at specific cars. They put a temp hold on cars I wanted to look at so that they would still be there when we arrived. Price was right and the car was in excellent condition. One very minor cosmetic blip that they repaired before we drove away. Made the whole process easy and I love my INFINITI! My daughter also purchased a Chevrolet Traverse there a couple of years ago and recommended them to us. Highly recommend. Thank you, Del and Marsha.

I drove all the way from SC to Memphis TN after seeing a car on their website. They were very easy to deal with and made the process very quick. I appreciate all Bo Briggs (and Del Rios) did for me and my family. Would definitely make the trip to purchase another car from them.

I purchased this Tacoma from this dealer, I found it on Autotrader, price was reasonable and it looked really sharp. I called Marsha and immediately she made me feel at ease so I decided to check it out. All the people at this dealer were friendly. We went straight to discussion of making the deal, they were all straight forward and I didn't at all feel like I was being played, everything was honest. I had done my research and knew I had a good deal. Great people that love JESUS! Can't beat that!

Went into Carsmart looking for a certain type car. Told Marsha what we wanted and she gave us several options that matched our criteria. We test drove several different cars and within a couple hours, we left we exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. This was 2 months ago and we absolutely love our BMW 528i. When it is time for another vehicle, we will give Marsha a call
