Great Customer service and graet deals

Don't Bother

Sent in request to be contacted on car I saw on line. Didn't hear anything so I called them and someone said they would call me right back. Never heard anything from them!!! It's not worth your time to even try to contact them - DON'T BOTHER!!!! Doubt if they even had the car. Shear waste of time.

That was easier than I thought

Saw the Land Rover online and drove from MS to look. Within about 3 hours, I was on the road in my new (used) vehicle. Good deal on my trade and very friendly people. Pretty painless!!

didn't hear anything from them!

Saw the car a 2012 Mustang on line, filled in the request that I was interested in the car, this was done nine days ago and have heard nothing from the dealer. The car still shows that it is for sale on cars.com. Your web site is a waste of time.

Easiest and best buying experience I've ever had!

I drove 1.5 hours to trade a Solstice for a Toyota FJ Cruiser for my son to drive. It was like brand new, and Steve and John were great at treating us like family. They were not intimidating and made it the best and easiest time I've ever had buying a vehicle. I couldn't believe it. We LOVE our new vehicle - it's a 2007 model and is every bit as nice as my 2015 Jeep Renegade. I will be back for my next vehicle. I feel right at home here.

Excellent service,

I bought a 2009 BMW for my daughter on April 28. It's a beautiful car and it drives like sports car. The service was excellent from the time I pulled up to the dealership. Dale was awesome and so was his wife.

Great place to do business with

I started my used car buying process with a consumer digest used car guide to select models with the options, reliability, and safety specks I was looking for. I came up with 4 different vehicles that would suit my purpose and started searching online. I found a beautiful 2008 Honda Ridgeline at an excellent price at Memphis Car Smart, made a phone call to Del Rios and put a deposit down to hold it for me. It was well worth the drive from Hot Springs, Ar. to get this vehicle. It was just as it was advertised when I got to see and inspect it. Del and Marsha made the whole experience the best and most satisfying car buying deal I've been involved with in my 64 years.Highly recommend this dealership!!

Great Customer service at Memphis Car Smart

I bought a 2010 Acura from Memphis Car Smart this week and finally had an excellent experience. Del Rios, the salesman, was very friendly, professional and he was great to work with. He proved to be a man of his word. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I attempted to buy a car from a major dealership in Little Rock and one in Blytheville Arkansas and had nothing but problems. It was very refreshing to deal with Memphis Car Smart and I would recommend to anyone planning to buy a used car, to check with Memphis Car Smart first, It just may save you time and unnecessary problems. I spent almost a Month dealing with the other dealerships but it only took me one day after I was finally able to deal with Memphis Car Smart and they gave me a good deal.

Car Smart Godly Move!

I don't live in Memphis but I have had the best experience ever when it came to buying a car from the Car Smart Staff. First of all I hit it right off with Marsha, never met this beautiful soul before but my spirit said all is well. I found a car that I wanted on their site, didn't think that I would be able to purchase anything (just looking) but Marsha and finance help to make my dreams come true. The service was wonderful, the people was kind and the buying process was awesome/quick. All went so well, that I felt like shouting right in the middle of their establishment. I have already started sending people from Arkansas their way. Once again thank you God and "Car Smart" for an overall wonderful experience.

Retired Tupelo Teacher- A smart buy @ CARSMART!

I would recommend Memphis CarSmart any time. When I entered a young man greeted me, then the young lady Marsha greeted me with a big smile as if she had met me before. The atmosphere was just great, I felt good all the while I was there. I bought a wonderful Infiniti less than the price my son paid for his! I'm 78 and my sons were very admirable of the way they treated me and gave me a good deal !
