Clean, friendly, helpful

Best service around
Their service department is the best around. They will actually pick up my truck, then bring it back to me when it's done. I work long hours in the summertime so it makes it very convenient for me! Also, thanks to their multi-point inspection, they were able to detect an oil leak before it became a major problem!

Can't trust service!!!!!
My husband and I are not pleased with there service. CAN'T TRUST IN TERMS OF OIL CHANGED. FYI- If you take your car/ trucks for oil changed, PLEASE ! check first before you Leave the place. #CANNOTTRUST #GMDEALER

According to our records, it has been over 5,000 miles since your last oil change with us. With over 187,000 miles on your vehicle, there can be problems that develop over time when extending the time between maintenance visits. Disappointed customer
Took my Yukon in for a ball joint and front end alignment. Had my concerns about the alignment because of the lift kit, was reassured several times that it would not be a problem,was told that they do them quite often. I paid a so called premium dealer a premium price to do the repair .when I picked it up I was told that they couldn't compete the alignment. That I needed to take it to a authorized dealer to have the alignment completed. When I called a authorized dealer I was told that they most likely installed a non compatible ball joint!!! This vehicle ran down the road like a new truck before I took it in for this service.now it shakes the steering wheel is at 90 degrees and I can't let go of the wheel.

Mark, Prior to performing the ball joint replacement, we verified the ball joint with Rough Country (lift company). They confirmed that we were using the correct GM ball joint on your vehicle. When your lift was originally installed, the tie rods were not modified correctly; and therefore, because the lift installer did not correct modify the tie rods, we were unable to successfully perform the necessary front end alignment on your vehicle. We are unable to modify the tie rods on your vehicle and they would need to be replaced and modified by the Rough Country installer before we can perform a front end alignment on your vehicle. Once the tie rods are replaced correctly by the Rough Country lift installer, we would be more than happy to complete the front end alignment on your vehicle. Best Long Distance Dealer
Found my '13 Ram 1500 on Cars.com but Heath handled the rest over the phone. He got me financed, got all my requirements filled and answered all of my questions. We got everything done so I could drive up, test drive, sign the paperwork and drive home.
