I drove 2 hours to this dealership because they had great reviews and I had a hunch it would be a great place to buy from. I turned out to be right and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and made the buying process a breeze. They made sure I left happy and made my long trip worth while. It is a smaller business with a small town personal feel that made everyone I encountered great to work with. Heath was who I worked with and he was great! Very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome! I would recommend to everyone!

Our salesman was Steve Kuberski, he and Richardson Chevrolet were recommended to us by a family member. Having spent a lot of time searching for a new vehicle I have been to MANY dealerships. Industry standard is a Cold-modern facility that is supposed to be awe-inspiring and embellish the car buying process to somthing beyond cash for keys. (I cannot stand this) Richardson chevrolet is far from a dated facility but it maintains a level of comfort and professionalism that I believe a buyer appreciates. Steve was very helpful, we worked with him for a few weeks. Always quick to respond to email, and seemed genuine a person. (few salesman feel that way). Steve Pine handled the financial aspect of my purchase, lining us up with a bank and explaining terms and interest rates etc. he was exceptional and professional. We even had a small conversation with Kyle Richardson (co-vp of the dealership). It wasnt necessary for him to check in on us, but he did and it was nice. With internet sales you can chase a deal all over the state, but when it comes time to buy I recomend Richardson Chevrolet.

Excellent dealership, this is the third lease from them and I am treated like a VIP! It does not matter if you are dealing with sales,service or the gals behind the desk all of them are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also, I do notice that management always greets you and asks if all is well.

No hassle when leasing the my 2017 silverado. Truck was ready when they said it would be and salesman reviewed all the new things on the truck that I was not aware of.
