I was completely satisfied with the repair needed. I was not happy with the fact I purchased a brand new truck and found out the tires were not properly balanced from the factory. It took me a half a day off of work ,120 miles round trip to have this corrected. All I received was a sorry for the inconvenience. I feel I should be compensated from Dodge and I feel that as a dealership you should stand up for your customers. This was not something that happened after I took ownership of the vehicle, but as a result coming from the factory. I would hope you would compensate me for this matter. thank You Jeff Nelson

Wonferful buying experience!
Salesman was great! He was courteous and he never missed a thing. He was also very patient with my story telling. The financial officer was just as good as the salesman. He did not try to push anything down our throats and was very informative and friendly.

It is always a great experience when I take my truck in for a service. Im always treated so good. If my salesman sees me he always stops to say hello and It is so cool that the manager does the same thing. Missoula Lithia is awesome in my opinion.
