Stevensville customer

Service was fast, professional and personal. My car was even parked at the front entrance waiting for me when they were done. Appreciated being treated like a priority when I was only having a key made. Thank you very much

Oil Change and Recall

I brought my vehicle to Lithia on May 26 for an oil change. I was told my vehicle had a recall that I forgot about. I was asked if I had time for the recall to be taken care of. I appreciated the reminder of that and being told it could be completed that day without having to make an appt. The employees at Lithia are very friendly and attentive. My current vehicle is the third vehicle in a row I have purchased at Lithia. I stroll around the lot while I wait for my vehicle to get the necessary attention and salesmen will ask me if I need assistance. They are friendly and will chat with me instead of just walking away from me. I have never met a rude employee at Lithia in the 20 years I have purchased vehicles with them and I always take my vehicle to Lithia if it needs attention to keep it running well.

2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn Lease

Great service and good financing options. We had to leave during sale process to attend an event and team was understanding and got us in the next day to complete the sale.

Dennis and Sharon Kissack

We had a very pleasant buying experience with Tim Yule. He was very helpful answering all questions and we weren't handed off to a "closer". The vehicle was like new condition and the finance manager got us the best available rates. The certified vehicle status and car fax report were a great support for the condition of our new truck. We have owned nothing but GM vehicles prior to this and we are really pleased with it

Very informative and positive experience. I have purchased two used motorcycles, one used truck, four new cars and one new truck in my lifetime of 69+ years and have never had a follow up call to see how I liked the purchase until Dave Christiansen from Lithia Chrysler Jeep called after I purchased a new Rubicon Jeep Unlimited. I think this says a lot about Dave and the Lithia!
