The reason I gave this rating is that from the first moment my husband and I step onto the premises a salesperson greeted us with a friendly smile and was happy to help us. Charles worked very hard in making sure our experience with Kia went smoothly. Thank you Charles for you dedication to serve Kia customers. Charles and other Kia people call me up several days to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Kia purchased. I love my Kia Rio, 2012. It gets great gas mileage so it saves me money.

I rate my KIA dealership A-1. I came to Kia because the Toyota dealership treated me like a number because they had a quota to make. I was called & literally told to come pick up the car they wanted me to have (not what I wanted) because they had a quota to make. I hung up the phone & called Clarence @Kia and he took care of me. I am so happy & blessed to finally have my new Kia. I love telling everyone about Kia. Thanks for giving me a chance to share my story.

When I came to Kia Autosport I spoke with Jamar, I told him specifically what I wanted and to stick to that . He was able to find exactly what I wanted as well as give me the vehicle for the day to see how I liked it. This was really big in my decision making as I was able to experiance the vehicle on my own as well as have time to think it over. In addition to Jamars outstanding knowledge of the vehicle and great customer service the management was outstanding in providing me with a great deal on my trade in and new vehicle. All aspects of Kia Autosport far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend friends and co workers to deal with them!

We were treated with great respect at Kia Of Columbus. We were allowed to take our Kia Soul for a weekend test drive which really gave us alot of time to really see how the car performed. Tinna was great with working us a good deal and we love the car.The gas mileage is awesome. We will recommend Kia of Columbus.
