I worked with two wonderful people in the Mini of Las Vegas service department. I was scheduled to meet with Dawn however she was not available when I went in prior to my scheduled appointment so we were greeted by Shawn who was extremely helpful with our needs in determining what number level of window tinting to select. He actually even showed us his vehicle to see what it looked like inside and get an actual perspective of what it would be like should we select that shade. That was extremely helpful and we were very appreciative for the extra customer service provided. When I dropped off my XT6 at my scheduled appointment i met Dawn and she immediately was very helpful from the beginning and her excellent customer service continued throughout process. She keep me updated every step of the work. We also bonded on both experiencing having trucks stolen! When we picked up my XT6 the customer continued and I truly appreciated that. Even the young man who was the courtesy driver who drove me home was very nice with excellent manners. I am familiar with the importance of excellent customer customer service, I have llworked in advertising sales and know how important customer service is! Dawn is the best Service Advisor. Dawn is the reason I keep going back to the Mini dealer in Las Vegas. Yes it's expensive, but unless you find a reliable mechanic truly knowledgeable with Mini Coopers it is worth it in the long run. Mini of Las Vegas isn't perfect, but when an error occurred, Dawn jumped all over it and made everything right.
