Xavier and Tanner are my hero's!
Xavier and Tanner are my hero's! I was looking for a used 4 runner but got talked into buying a jeep. I had to leave for an appointment to return later to get the jeep Xavier was going to have to get from another dealership. After finding out that there was an issue with the jeep Xavier went out of his way to make things right. He and Tanner found the 4 runner (I had been originally looking for) for me and went the extra mile to get it shipped from Arizona for me as well as working hard to find the right financing for me. I thank you so much for making things right for me! Also, thank you Justin Spencer for a great job with going over the paperwork with me. The attention to detail from everyone was wonderful!

Routine service
Went in for a routine oil change and was told about the plethora of other things that need fixing and/or servicing . It always kinda feels like when you?re at the dentist and they give you a stern talking to about how you need to floss everyday. You know it?s really important to keep the car in good running condition - just like you want to keep all of your teeth - but your teeth aren?t falling out - and the windshield wipers work just fine but it?s on the list to be changed out for a price of $60+. So you add on a couple of unplanned recommendations and your expected 1 hour appointment turns into 5 1/2 at $900+ (the add ons were a brake fluid flush, alignment and 2 new tires) all the while you?re waiting in the service room when you should have been on the road to get to your far away home before the sun goes down and the roads get icy. Longest day of my life. New recommended repairs/service list of $1,500+ in hand (after the things I went ahead and added on) and note to self advising to stop thinking routine services will only last an hour.
