Superior Overall Experience at Mini of Las Vegas

As enjoyable and stress free as a car purchase can be! The product is superior and the service and sales process was at the same level. Ordered my Mini 2023 SE during Summer with the clear understanding that it would be delivered in January-February, Much to my surprise the car was ahead of schedule and I received it 3 months early. The salesperson, Dan B. knew how to get things done. The ordering/selection of the car was actually fun and my car came in exactly as ordered. Dan helped in everyway he could...responded to texts and emails within minutes and always had the information ready. A solid company with a great staff.

2019 Mini Cooper Clubman

Our experience was awesome. Chris was great. There was no pressure and felt like we were important. We were so excited to get our first mini and we love every part of this car. It is fantastic.

Overall this dealership is like most of them.

Overall this dealership is like most of them. A salesman or saleswoman takes their turn, shows you cars, tells you features, if they know them and then spends time finding keys, etc. If you decide to buy, the real wait begins whether you finance or not, plan on about 3 hours minimum, disregard the promise that it "will be quick". Our salesman, Daniel was very professional and friendly, we would recommend him! However, when it came to actually signing the final paperwork, we were told just give me "20 minutes", 55 minutes later we were finally called back and given a pathetic excuse. There is no reason that buying a car should take so long ever and yet it seems every dealer does this.

Sold a Defective Vehicle

I purchased a 2012? Buick Regal, turbo 4 door. Three days after owning it it was back at the dealership, not running. I was assured it would ready any day, that was July 2nd. I didn’t get the car back until September. When it was “fixed” the dealership said the warranty company EZcare would not fix potential problems which they all agreed would be coming. I was moving to Los Angeles, so, Mini of Las Vegas did ship it out there for free. My issues are multiple. I asked to cancel the deal because the finance company had already loaned out the money. I never had my 5 day love it or leave it trial! Now, in LA it turns I was sold a vehicle with illegally installed electrically Gerry-rigging…now the electrical system is screwed. Obviously they need to do a more thorough exam off the vehicle they accept. Now. I want the dealership to pay for the cost of repairs to my vehicle, above & beyond the warranty coverage. This car should never have been sold, to anyone!

MINI copper purchase

My sales guy, Chris Colella, provided great service, above and beyond, knowledge and We appreciated the fact that he included our daughter in this process since this car was for her. he also educated her on a few things as well.
