Friday Dec 27, 2024 I arrived as a walk in Requesting An Tire rotation and Oil Change The Jeep dealer representative gave the impression he didn't want To provide me service. I recently purchased my vehicle and was anxious to receive my first oil change in tire rotation. I am handicap and do not want any issues with my vehicle. When I receive my vehicle, I was rushed to sign some paper that had $150 something on it so I gave The Jeep representative $150 cash. He informed me that that was too much money. He then gave me another Piece of paperwork for my personal copy and i I ask the Representative had a tire rotation being performed on my vehicle. He assured me that it was and rushed me out the door open my car door for me as if he was being polite, or I am handicap when I got home and looked at my Jeep tires They had not been rotated brake. Dust is heavy on my front rims. The back rims remain shiny and clean. Therefore I could tell no tire rotation have been performed. I called this Jeep dealership back left a detailed message on the representative's Supervisor voicemail she has not yet to respond to my voicemail. I received a text message with a link, asking me to provide feedback from my experience. My vehicle has been Performing as well as it was prior to me, taking it to this dealership Seems like my car lost a lot of pressure transmission seems to be dragging

Went in to use my Jeep Care benefits of free oil change

Went in to use my Jeep Care benefits of free oil change and tire rotation and I received top notch professional service from Aaron of the service department. It?s amazing that he never asked me to rate the quality of service I received from him nor mentioned a survey coming to me?maybe that?s how he normally operates. Kudos to him and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Hendricks dealership in Fayetteville, NC. I will come here for the next vehicle purchase instead of the dealerships where I live in northern VA. Super highly recommend this business!

We have a warranty and the dude still charged us 122$ for an oil change and tire rotation which is suppose to come with the warranty and now we are waiting on a check from accounting and who knows when that will come. So annoying
