I came into the service department today to get my
I came into the service department today to get my SCHEDULED oil and tire rotation done. When I got there, they couldn?t find my appointment however I presented the confirmed text received that I did in fact have an appointment. Because of this scheduling issue, they had to ?squeeze me in? when they could rather than honor the time I had scheduled. I waited from 12:40-2:30 for an oil change and tire rotation (ridiculous). While dropping off my vehicle, I had also asked the lady at the desk to have the technician reconnect the window washing hose to the sprayer. I was called at 2:10 and told that the hose was ?damage beyond repair? and ?I needed to buy a brand now one?. I was quoted roughly $135 for this service. I told the guy on the phone that the gentleman at take 5 oil change said it just needed to be reconnected, not replaced. The service team member confirmed the technician and him saw the hose line and it needed to be replaced due to damage. I felt like this was wrong so I declined the service and decided to take a look when I got home. Fast forward to getting home, I opened up the hood, took the sprayer off the hood and reconnected the hose to the sprayer and reattached. I turned on the car and sprayed my windshield and the sprayer were PERFECTLY. So tell me why the technician and service man said the hose was ?damaged beyond repair?? This kind of fraudulent work is exactly why I will NEVER return to this dealership again. Their dishonesty and taking advantage of the fact I am a women is exactly why you guys lost my business and will be sure to spread the word on what happened today. So disappointing!

I've been taking my Gladiator for oil changes and tire
I've been taking my Gladiator for oil changes and tire rotation to this dealer. On 7/28/25 dropped off my gladiator to do a service and tire rotation. I got the call that it was done. When I arrived to get my Gladiator, I noticed that my tires never got rotate. Went to the express lube counter. The service advisor tols me that my Gladiator was ready, I said no it is not. You guys didn't rotate my tires at all. He told me twice, yes we did. No you guys didn't. I have a rim with scratches and it was still on the same side. His face expression completely changed. He told me we will get it done in the next 15 min. An hour and 15 min later my Gladiator was still not done. This is bad business
