Yukon Denali purchase

Great dealership, had a great sales person. Treated fairly. Took a bit longer than an hour for the whole process but that was somewhat expected. Follow up on some dealer owed items was prompt.

Amazing buying experience!

Best car buying experience we have ever had!! Connor Hanlon was our salesman and was amazing to work with. His knowledge of the brand was so impressive and the entire experience with the dealership was fantastic!

Our first BMW experience, now hooked for life!

Connor Hanlon went above and beyond in order to make this work for us! Perfect vehicle at the perfect price. Sam the great car salesman

Thank you Sam, you made buying our 2018 suburban so easy. When we arrived at Schomp automotive you had everything in line for the sale of the suburban. Connor Hanlon gave us a pleasant experience

We were quickly shown the cars that interested us. Everything was done in a timely but thorough manner. We ran over a nail after purchase and Connor took care of it N/C. That’s over and above our expectations!

They do a great job at masking issues with their used cars. Purchased a 2014 528i xdrive, issues began to appear at 30 days. Went back & was told there was nothing they can do for me. So beware.

NEVER BUY FROM SCHOMP

I cannot imagine a worse car buying situation for my family’s wellbeing. Was buying a car for my wife as a family-mobile. Went with a Honda Pilot. Long story short, we got suckered into a much more expensive car than we wanted because their bank wouldn’t loan on a car earlier than 2010 and less than $10k. So we ended up with the 2010 after the 2012 we had researched and loved sold off the lot. Paid $16,000 for a Pilot with about 95k miles. Mediocre deal but seemed as though it’s all we qualified for. Eventually went as sour as it could have possibly gone. This past week, about a year and a half later, we have spent over $3k on repairs—timing belt, spark plugs, brakes, and other obvious things. We got our oil changed at Schomp (something they will try to sell you on that I will now NEVER recommend), and 2500 miles later, our car is out of oil and rattling like crazy. Come to find out there was a class action lawsuit on our VIN for excessive oil consumption—SOMETHING WE COULD HAVE HAD FIXED WHEN WE BOUGHT THE CAR IF WE HAD BEEN NOTIFIED BUT NOW WE NO LONGER QUALIFY FOR). Currently my Honda is at Schomp and they just quoted me for $3k in repairs and are pretending like oil consumption is not an issue. Corner Mechanic in Golden says my engine is toast and no car should ever burn through all of its oil in 2500 miles (duh). Meanwhile Schomp is quoting me for completely different things (timing belt tensioner and other non associated things). Bottom line: they sold me a car with a class action lawsuit against it, probably didn’t know (which to me says they aren’t doing their jobs) and definitely didn’t tell me, and priced the car for a serious profit as if there were nothing wrong with it, and their management has refused to answer or return my calls for a week. We have only taken our car to them for oil changes, and they have NEVER notified us of excessive oil consumption, nor has the oil check light ever come on in the car. It HAS shown signs of electrical problems when a handful of check engine, VTL and anti lock lights all came on at once. We trusted Schomp BMW and Honda with the sale of the car and regular maintenance. Honda should have recalled these vehicles and Schomp should’ve never sold it to anyone. The fact that they bought that car from a customer to make a BMW sale and then pawned off their junker as a good car for a profit to the next customer to eat $16k plus interest and repairs AND THEN REFUSES TO CALL US BACK shows their lack of integrity. I will not recommend Schomp to anyone. I will not recommend Honda to anyone. Neither of them stand behind their vehicles.
