Very helpful sales person who was very familiar with the vehicles, choices, options / requirements,, etc. Also no high pressure sales for extra services. The iDrive "genius" was very helpful and made sure that we understood everything before moving on. Their promise of 1 hour in and out wasn't even close to true, but when they saw that we were getting tired of waiting on the paperwork, they offered to deliver the car right to my house along with the final paperwork to sign. Great service!

Kirsten did a great job. She guided me through the process at Schomp. I had bought my last three cars through Audi dealership. My last BMW that I bought was in 1999. I am looking forward to my ownership of the X3.

Took my car in for a new battery. Service tech that met me was complaining that a fellow worker did not show up so he had to take care of me. I asked to be sure all fluids were topped off and his comment was "we do not do that for just a battery change". What's ironic is the manager checked me out and said of course we always top off. They did not fill windshield wiper so obviously they do not. Well I just went in to get a battery changed. I get the call that I have a oil leak, of course contained under car and between that and a recalibration I was hit with an extra $1,300. Picked up my car, drove one mile and service light came on. It ended up only being a "hose not connected" but went thru getting another loaner car, driving home then having to drive right back. I will not take either of my BMW's back to this dealership!!

The team was helpful and professional. The presentation of the vehicle was a nice added touch. Kiersten was knowledgable and seemed genuinly interested in my enjoyment of the experiance, making the time I was in the dealership stress-free. The deal was transparent, and they gave me almost exactly what I was looking for out of my trade.
