I worked with Pedro and he took all of the guesswork out of the process and he was involved from the day I initiated contact and the entire time throughout. My 1st indication that this would not be a typical experience was when I called Pedros direct line on a Monday and when there was no answer I called the main number and happened to reach Travis. It wasn’t until after I kept him on the phone for awhile that he let me know their office is closed on Mondays. He didn’t have to take my call and he could’ve stopped me early on and asked me to call back during business hours but he answered all of my questions that he would pass on to Pedro the following day. Pedro also returned my call on his day off to let me know he did receive my message and would call me the following day to schedule an appointment. Pedro took the time to address all of our concerns with honesty and I didn’t feel like we were being sold something. I was still waiting for the other shoe to drop up until we drove off and was expecting to have to jump through hurdles and I had no surprises. This is easily the best car buying experience we’ve ever had and we will continue to use this dealership for any future purchases. Pedro we appreciate all of your time and patience with us. You are exactly the person every woman car shopping alone hopes she is lucky enough to encounter and we truly thank you for your help!
