Very upset and dissatisfied!

Found the vehicle we wanted on Thursday night. Talked to Oganes on Thursday night and everything was fine with vehicle, then Friday morning Oganes calls and he tells us that the truck has a bad tranny and I told him that is the vehicle that I wanted so nevermind and don't go forward with the credit app. An hour later he calls my wife at home and tries to sell her something else she said no that was the truck I wanted. Now on Monday we look on line and the truck we wanted is on there SALES PENDING! Must not of been much wrong with it! This guy is very unprofessional and I would never buy a vehicle from this man!

Very Poor Customer Service - Ignore Emails

I am quite certain that communication was faster 100 years ago via Pony Express and/or passenger pigeon than it is today with "Prestige" via email. I tried contacting them twice using Autotrader, and after 4 days of waiting with no response tried to contact them directly through their website. This email too was ignored. If a company advertises their product on the web and invites customers to contact them by email, then they owe customers the courtesy of a response. I understand there are a lot of tire kickers out there, but if Prestige is unable or unwilling to respond then they should state "phone calls only". Since it is apparently too much to ask to get an email response, that tells me all I need to know regarding what this company must be like to deal with once they have your money. I suppose I may simply not be prestigious enough to warrant a response from "Prestige". Oh well, I sure tried.

Our Customers are the First Priority to us, we work diligently to assure customer satisfaction. So it is unusual for us to receive a review from an unhappy customer. I want to start by thanking you for bringing this to our attention. Now we know where we need to make the proper adjustments so this doesn't occur again. We do such high volume on a limited staff, which is something that we are working on now through interviews, with the ending goal to have more good hearted, quality team members on our staff. I would like to Apologize to you Phillip for not receiving Quality Customer Service. Now we have the opportunity to better ourselves, thank you for the feedback.

Waiting

After a pleasant five hour trip with my son to purchase from Prestige, it's been down hill ever since. Found an inch of water in the trunk one week after purchase. Wheel wells/bumper misaligning, scraping the tires, paint cracking, amongst other problems. Took it to mechanic and body shop person to find out vehicle had indeed been wrecked. This was after clean "report" from the dealer and Carfax but things a reputable dealer should have known about. Being a pastor and using this van for church events, this is completely unacceptable. Sent a letter and pictures to John through Steve a week ago via email/phone, they still haven't responded. Also waiting on the title which still hasn't shown up. I've been through alot the last two years, including a tornado taking our church campus and town, and was hoping purchasing a new vehicle for family would be a bright spot and a blessing. Waiting to see if Prestige provides service after the sale and, to quote John, "does the right thing," or if they take the money and run. Dissapointed. At this point I cannot recommend this dealer.

Matrix for Tom & Holly

Pros: Nick provided great customer service. We had originally stopped on a Saturday and it was incredibly busy. They attempted to get someone as soon as they could to help us but they were swamped so we went elsewhere. However, we came back later that day and we are very glad we did. We wanted to see two vehicles and Nick informed us that the second choice which was actually the more expensive vehicle had been experiencing problems and they were sending it back to auction so he didn't want to show it to us which was great (a plus for honesty). We test drove a Toyota Matrix and were very impressed so we purchased it. Everything went smoothly. Nick treated us with respect the entire time which is incredibly hard to find now days. We never felt pressured and always felt respected. A Few Cons: Not enough seating in the waiting room. Terrible pop machine choices.

2007 Ford Focus!!

Very professional atmosphere! Friendly people, Steve has a great sense of humor! Glad with the selection and extremely happy with the Focus and the deal!
