    The car is nice, acquired from an auction in New Jersey. Hence the sea salt covered motor and undercarriage. I made the deal over the internet and phone... calls due to my distance. I strongly advise you check out alternative reviews such as yelp. I failed to, I had my vehicle shipped fast by a great company that I would highly recommended. However my salesman (Dustin) Immediately failed and felt I couldn't trust him, never accept word of mouth. I was told the vehicle was clean and he sent me videos and pictures. I told him seeing this on a phone it's impossible to see everything and I trusted him that the car had no scratches. The shippers annotated every scratch that I had discovered upon arrival and were able to show me a proof that the scratches were prior to them taking the car. About a dozen in all. But the expert/trusted salesman couldn't?? My main dissatisfaction was that after the money was deposited it was and is next to inexistent to hear from Dustin. The final kicker was receiving the vehicle and the vehicle required services, plugs, oil, and filters, and they put that all on me. Still waiting a response from the A team. Ending in me spending an extra $600 off the bat. I strongly advise you go elsewhere. Trust is important and they failed in that department.

    Ryan , We appreciate your feedback. We did our due diligence to thoroughly investigate this situation on our end. Per the safety standard of 3rd party... shippers, we cannot fill up vehicle's gas tanks to more than half. We apologize if there was any miscommunication as to how full the tank would be. We verified that the vehicle was detailed twice, once by our detail team, and again by your sales consultant to ensure a pristine cleaning. We understand your vehicle was transported during a heavy snowstorm several states away, which will cause road debri and slush to enter the undercarriage. Unfortunately, we have no way of preventing this. Like all used cars, no vehicle is perfect, however we are upfront and honest about all of our vehicles. We provided you with a free CARFAX vehicle history report and several videos of the interior and exterior of the car prior to purchase.     IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagon Touareg in July 2019. We had an "I-O-U" worked into the deal that Prestige would complete... various maintenance on the vehicle as part of the deal which included new brakes, tires, fog light, and an oil change. Two months go by, I heard nothing from Prestige about when this work would be getting done. My husband finally called in September to inquire. After a lot of dodged phone calls and back and forth between the "service" and sales department, it came out that Prestige FORGOT about the IOU and never bought tires or put us on the schedule for service. Our sales rep, Kevin Carroll (the worst human) TEXTED me, not my husband who had called, to tell me the bad news. He didn't even have the decency to make a phone call. When I called him, he was on his way home from work and took that opportunity to be a complete and total JERK to me because he knew his higher-ups weren't listening. I guess he forgets where is commission comes from. When I called him out on it, and told him he was being unprofessional, it only got worse. Many phone calls to upper-management later, he still has a job (unbelievable). But don't worry, they so GRACIOUSLY threw in a free car detail (WOW) to make up for it. We finally got the service scheduled. We live about 25 minutes away and were completely inconvenienced and had to drive up there on a Thursday during rush hour to drop it off and then back up on Friday during rush hour to pick it back up. We pick up the car, all four rims are scratched. Thankfully, we had taken pictures before to prove that it was their "service" dept that scratched the rims. The interior of the car was in the same state as it was when we dropped it off, it had not been detailed at all and the new brakes that they put on were worse than the ones they took off (because they chose to not replace the rotors). John, the manager who is the only one there with half (maybe) of a brain, promises to fix it for us. This resulted in my husband having to take time off of work AGAIN to drive it back up there a week later to have the rims refinished. They acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us a loaner car to drive for the day and we picked the vehicle up later that day. But wait! We're not done! A couple days after we get the car back, we noticed it was leaking oil. My husband got under the car and realized they didn't replace the crush washer and something else which was causing the oil to leak. This "service" dept can't even complete a standard oil change the correct way! We called John to tell him and he was of course apologetic, but apologies at this point just don't cut it. Oh and just to really put the cherry on top, the fog light they "fixed" is out again. So that'll be another project for my husband to fix. It's literally ridiculous. This dealership is a joke and I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to purchase a car. They promised work that they couldn't complete just to get the sale. They took advantage of us as buyers and didn't compensate us AT ALL when things went downhill. It would have been a different story if they would have just fixed what they needed to the correct way but they literally screwed up every single thing they were supposed to fix. So in conclusion, if you enjoy extremely poor customer service and crappy service work, please by all means GO TO PRESTIGE AUTO MALL! If you don't, like me, please go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
