Look no further - Great place to shop!

I went to the dealer because I saw a car, online, that I was interested in. I wasn't planning to buy, I just wanted to see it and keep looking and comparing. Jesse Brasher came out to greet us. I really appreciated that he was willing to discuss what I wanted without the stereotypical aggressiveness we're all familiar with. I drove the car and loved it right away. Jesse got me a killer deal and I drove it home. I, and my husband, had spent hours online looking at cars, so we knew the price was right. Thank you Kia of Anderson for making me a happy customer.

Service Department

Dawn in the service department is phenomenal, I trust everything that she says, if she tells me I need it, or it needs to be done I have faith in her and have it done. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Their facility is always clean and organized.

A really well run Kia dealership. Showroom nice!!!

Fast, courteous service with great coffee and a comfortable waiting room. Internet service was fast and there were multiple TVs to watch as well. Snack machine also was available.

Keyfob does not work after trunk latch replaced.

Took my Kia in for a recall on a trunk latch. Work was done after waiting over 1 hr. I was never told, however, that my keyfob would not work from the outside to open the trunk and would probably have to be reprogrammed. It would have been nice to know that since opening the trunk from the outside is convenient. They did try to upsell tires, and other expensive service but never mentioned I would not be able to open the trunk from the outside with my keyfob. How do you fix this?

Great Staff! Professional in all aspects! They always advise you on all things when it comes repairs, and new car shopping. I have been with them since 2019!

Great service and staff.

Very thankful and grateful for Dawn. Our vehicle needed an engine replacement due to an internal failure. Her professionalism was exceptional and every step of the process was handled properly with kindness, thoughtfulness and understanding. Vehicle was repaired perfect. Tremendous thank you to the technician who repaired our vehicle. I refer anyone needing service or mechanical repair see Dawn in service.

Great Service, Staff and Dealership

My car was under a engine recall, when it locked up from rod failure, the Service Staff was so helpful and the engine was replaced. I got weekly updates on everything. They brought us home then picked us up when repairs were completed. Clean Service waiting area, restrooms and showroom. They have always been friendly,respectful and go out of their way to give you a great experience buying or repairing your vehicle. A huge shout out to Randy who actually helped put my wife at ease over what was happening with our engine. Thank you to the man who took out our engine and put in the replacement and a thank you to all who worked on my car and the great job they do. I recommend KIA of Anderson very Highly!! AAAA++++ 10 Stars!!!!

Very good service. Fair price Friendly workers Clean showroom The Service person described my problem and exact cost for repairs The payment process was simple

Easy Process!

Sales rep, manager and finance were all pleasant to deal with and thorough in explaining my options in putting together a deal I could afford. I never felt pressured. Dalton Piel was especially helpful in setting up my iPhone-BlueTooth connection upon delivery. I feel really good about both the experience and the car.
