Oil change

The service was excellent from check in to check out. The service associate explained the service and the need in the future to replace tires. He gave me prices and statistics on different tires. Very helpful.

Replace a hubcap.

I had to pick up an order hubcap, and had it put on my car. Great experience and the replacement was done much sooner than expected. That in itself is a plus. Always good for a company to deliver reliable and quick service. Thank you!

Great place

I recently purchased a 2021 seltos from Kia of Anderson . Very pleased with staff as they worked to get best deal possible, gave me a great deal on my trade in. Facility clean and love the warranty on the vehicle.

KIA of Anferson, TERRIBLE

Kia Forte engine locked up... they reloaded the engine, 1 month later the replaced engine locked up. Took the car to another dealership, they said the replacement engine was a used engine. probably pulled from a differed car that was being serviced under warranty.

They steal your hard earned money and sale you junk .I paid 17000.and had to put 12000 to have it fixed wow xxxxx wow i

Do not shop here they rip people off.....

They are crooks..they charge a 899.detailing fee... they rip people off they lie and sell you junk...DO NOT SHOP HERE STOP DON'T GO HERE..JUNK CARS

Still waiting!

I have requested 4 times for proof of my lifetime warranty. I was told that it was a promotion when I purchased my new car in 2016. Although the signs of advertisements were there and was told by General Manager not to worry he was having his finance manager to "look in my file", I'm still waiting. Poor service once you purchase your vehicle. Would not buy another car from the Anderson store. I would travel out of my way first!

Poor service

Very poor service on a lease return. Given runaround when I walked in. No paperwork to fill out. Just give me keys and it is done. Then they did not contact Kia North America for two months. Resulting in muliple letters of threats to me. Do not do business with these people. Manager's name was Dubois.

Was very happy with the service and all the staff was very friendly. The waiting area was very well organized. I enjoyed the coffee and cookies
