Before ever visiting Hendrick Mini, I had an opinion

Before ever visiting Hendrick Mini, I had an opinion about dealerships being over-priced and all about money. I ended up there because a local shop couldn’t diagnose my engine light. After spending thousands of dollars and wasting time for it to still not be fixed, I finally took it to Hendrick Mini. They gave me a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Justin the technician was able to pinpoint the issue and I received a very reasonable estimate. My car now runs like a top! I’m only trusting this team when it comes to my car from now on.

I received excellent service at Hendrick Mini in Charlotte Nc. My technician Justin was very knowledgeable and through. I love the tech video as well. I can’t recommend this team enough. 10/10

Anytime after have service on my Mini Cooper I take it to Hendrick Mini. I know it’ll be in the best hands possible. The advisors and techs are very experienced and definitely love/live the Mini brand. The tech videos are great and provide great detail. I always appreciate the free car wash as well.

Best Mini service around!

I bought my Clubman here many years ago and brought it here for service. The staff was excellent and patient with me when purchasing, but we all know the service department is what truly makes a good experience at a dealership. Eric Snyder has taken care of my Clubman for many oil changes and a few repairs. He knows these cars like the back of his hand. You can tell he actually cares about you and treats like you like a person and not just a customer. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Excellent Service

Eric the service manager at Mini gives excellent customer service, always very proactive about making sure his customers are informed about what's going on with them in the shop, how much the repair costs, etc. You can tell why he's so passionate about the MINI brand!

Many reasons to love MINI

I bought my first MINI in 2008 and have happily had very few issues. When I do need service, the service manager at Hendrick, Eric Snyder, is my go-to guy. He's highly knowledgeable on all things MINI and so communicative. He always has time for anything I need or have questions about. He's part of all there is to love about MINI.
