Hendrick MINI

Bought a Lexus RX350 for my wife, everything went smooth from picking the car out to completing the paperwork. My wife absolutely loves the car and we couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I bought my Clubman here many years ago and brought it here for service. The staff was excellent and patient with me when purchasing, but we all know the service department is what truly makes a good experience at a dealership. Eric Snyder has taken care of my Clubman for many oil changes and a few repairs. He knows these cars like the back of his hand. You can tell he actually cares about you and treats like you like a person and not just a customer. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Eric the service manager at Mini gives excellent customer service, always very proactive about making sure his customers are informed about what's going on with them in the shop, how much the repair costs, etc. You can tell why he's so passionate about the MINI brand!

He's highly knowledgeable on all things MINI and so communicative. He always has time for anything I need or have questions about. He's part of all there is to love about MINI.

Had new tires and alignment done on my mini. Eric and his team did a great job getting me taken care of and my mini feels so much better when driving. Also like the 1 year free road hazard warranty that you get. With other tire places you have to pay for that

Took my car to Hendrick MINI to have new tires installed. Eric and his service team took great care of me and my MINI drives like a brand new car. They are the only place I take my MINI. You also get free road hazard warranty on the tires for a year. Most tire places you have to pay for that. They are the best!
