GREAT EXPERIENCE-GREAT SELECTION

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GOOD VEHICLE SELECTION, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, KEVIN BOURQUE WAS A VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND RESPECTABLE SALESMAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. Great Service

My sales person was Kevin Bourque. I was not exactly in the market for a new vehicle, but found a vehicle I really liked and Kevin Bourque worked with me and my husband to ensure we would be able to afford it. Kevin Bourque was very considerate, understanding, informative and experienced. Kevin took our needs and wants into consideration and assisted us with buying our used car. We were extremely pleased with the customer service and how smoothly the buying process went. We needed a minor repair to the vehicles shaft, and the service was quality work as well as quick. The facility was great and we felt comfortable buying our vehicle from Billy Navarre Certified. Kevin Bourque was a great sales associate and I will return to him for future services. Great experience and great associates.

Great Salesman!

Kevin Borque immediately greeted me upon my arrival at Billy Navarre Certifed . He was great to deal with and made the buying process very quick and easy. Worked with my schedule and did everything he could to help! Definitely recommend dealing with him!

Excellent Customer Service

We went in to look at a jeep that we had seen online when we arrived we were immediately greeted by Kevin Bourque. We took it out for a test drive and decided we loved it and had to have it. We went back in and started the paperwork and while we were waiting for the loan processing we were offered drinks and Kevin brought toys out for our baby to play with. They worked with us on a note that fit our budget which we really appreciated. John Michon broke all of the warranty, GAP and loan information down for us to help us make the best decision on whether we should purchase it or not. When we left the dealership after everything was finished we had a problem come up with the jeep. We called them up and Kevin came and met us immediately and brought us a vehicle to drive home while ours was looked at. They put a new part on it and delivered it back to us at our home. We could not ask for better customer service and if we are shopping for a new vehicle in the future Billy Navarre certified will be the first place we look. I highly recommend doing business with them and ask for Kevin Bourque he is very friendly and eager to help!!

Dubious Dealership

I was looking to buy my daughter a used vehicle. She's early college and wanted to do it all herself. She went over to Navarre in Lake Charles, found her car, seemed excited. Until she went to close with one of what I think they call "business managers". She came home in tears, saying that she felt humiliated and that she did not have credit to buy the car with her budget. Horrified, I went back with her and clarified that I was willing to co-sign, apparently attitudes changed instantly. My good credit caused the sudden change in attitude? Hmmm. As any parent could imagine, I left convinced this dealership about money, money, and money, their promises about trust and integrity are apparently just words. My reaction was to go next door and pay cash for a new Ford Focus at Bolton Ford. (The 2013 is a really nice little car by the way, fun to drive!!!) I'm sure Navarre has its good points, but I won't give my patronage to a place that would treat my child like that.

Beware this Dealership -- Simply Awful Experience

Worked with two good sales reps, and have no complaints about that part of the process, although I have no noteworthy praise either. However, when it came to finance and close, I found this to be one of the most demeaning experiences ever. Very aggressive, very condescending both when I asked questions or when I would not agree to the add-ons he was peddling. Extremely impatient and literally insulting. I left with the distinct feeling that this dealership values new car sales and devalues pre-owned sales and customers.

Lonnie Roberson fan

Lonnie Roberson must be the most patient salesperson ever. Lonnie worked with me over a period of time as I searched for a used vehicle. I didn't even know if I wanted a sedan or an SUV. I wanted very much to buy a vehicle from Lonnie as he was so helpful--calling me if he had something he thought I would like, even coming to my house to pick up the keys to my old car when it started raining so he could put the windows up. He clearly explained explained how features worked on the cars I tested, then would help to adjust the seat and mirrors. While I ultimately found the vehicle I purchased out of town, I would be remiss if I did not publicly say how much I appreciate the help and courteous service Lonnie and his manager, Burl gave to me. Thanks, Lonnie, you're the best!

Buying on a tight budget

I was searching for a preowned car. Mine was getting old and had high mileage. A friend told me to come here. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly atmosphere. The salesperson was very nice and didn't hassle me. Also, the manager gave me a very fair trade price. He was very informative on market value of older cars with high mileage. I had a budget and the salesperson worked very hard to get me something I could afford. Overall experience was great. I'd tell anyone to shop here. Awesome people !!!
