I purchased a car from this Auto MAX a few months back and I have to say it was the easiest and most stress free it could have been. I felt very welcomed by all of the employees there and I'm really glad I could get my car through them. I would not change a thing. On top of a good buying experience, when I need repairs or have routine services done, these guys are top notch. They are so friendly, funny, and make sure to do the job right every time. These folks really know how to make you feel at home away from home when you're dealing with your car.

This was my first out-of-state car buying experience and Max was great to work with during this entire process. Communication was clear, concise and timely, which is everything when you are not doing business in person. He made the process a lot easier!

He stayed late for me to look at vehicles and complete the purchase, kept me informed while the vehicle was being serviced and prepared for delivery, and was always available to answer any questions that I had. Went to pick a car from this lot and all was good until a deal could not be met. Soon arriving back at the automax lot I was greeted with an employee snatching the keys from my hand as I went to hand them to him and not even bothering to follow up with me but shrugged me off and said “see ya”?? not knowing whether or not I was still looking in his lot or done. Very rude and inconsiderate people

I purchased a vehicle from Max at the Mount Julite location. It was extremely easy and convenient. Max took all of the anxiety and pressure of buying a car away. He was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and I will definitely be using him again. Made the drive from Birmingham definitely worth it!
