Very satisfied with my purchase

I worked with Max, a sales manager for AutoMax in various locations around the metro Nashville area my experience with them was great. They were straightforward about pricing, history, their inventory, and their process. They treated us with great customer care the entire time. I would definitely recommend speaking, and potientally buying, a luxury used car with AutoMax. I will consult with AutoMax for my next car purchase for sure

Great customer service

Max is not the stereotypical car salesmen you find at all the dealerships; he’s professional, never intrusive or pressing, and he does the most to make the car buying experience fun. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend him, plus he gave me an extremely generous deal on the car. Not only did I get a new car, I also made a friend.

Wonderful Experience

Max was professional and went above and beyond. He's very honest and just a good guy, proving to be more about the relationship than the transaction. I'll definitely buy from him again.

Best car lot in the town

Most layed back dealership I have ever been in. Everyone we came in contact with was very patient and personal with my niece who was a first time car buyer. Salesman Max is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. MAX YOU ROCK !!!

Best customer service

I have bought 2 cars from here. The salesman, who helped me was honest and very knowledgeable, he listened to my requirements and provided what I wanted (a hybrid with several extras). I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Bought Lexus in Murfreesboro

Bought a used Lexus in Murfreesboro on Jan 11th. Customer service was amazing on the way home there was a slight issue with the brakes and gave them a call. They had us bring it straight back and they fixed the issues for us. They even filled up the tank. They were amazing and if I ever need another vehicle they are the first people we call. New to the city and it was a great buying process. Price was great also. Thank you for everything

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

We purchased a 2011 Audi from them that was a complete lemon. We called them an hour after we left, told them black smoke was coming from the muffler. They asked us to bring it back and they put oil in it and said it was fine. Two days later it was out of oil. We paid cash and they wouldn’t refund us so we lost our money and had to trade the Audi, THE SAME WEEK, for a dependable car from a reputable dealership. They should be ashamed to sell a car they know won’t make it off of their lot to a family with a baby or anyone for that matter! They will reap what the sew. Don’t make the same mistake we made. We lost $11k

Really takes time and works with you

Zac was awesome took his time with me with my down payment made buying a vehicle from their very easy only issue I have is it is a great vehicle but is a SUV I cummute a lot back and forth to work downtown and didn't realize how much gas a little SUV can take it is a great vehicle but really need to trade it in for a car but I recommend anybody that has no credit been on their job over a year and kind of struggling to get a car they will really help you to get one

Great to work with.

John was very helpful and not at all pushy. He acted more as a FACILITATOR rather than a salesman. He even helped me work out the financing with my credit union. Great experience!

No follow through

I inquired about a car that was at the Franklin location. An appointment is required to see cars at the Franklin location. I was told by a gentleman at the Mt Juliet location that someone from Franklin would contact me to schedule an appointment and that they would email me a carfax report for the vehicle. They did not follow through on either request. I don’t beg dealers to spend thousands of dollars for their benefit. Bad experience.
