I inquired about a car that was at the Franklin location. An appointment is required to see cars at the Franklin location. I was told by a gentleman at the Mt Juliet location that someone from Franklin would contact me to schedule an appointment and that they would email me a carfax report for the vehicle. They did not follow through on either request. I don’t beg dealers to spend thousands of dollars for their benefit. Bad experience.

We came to Auto Max and found a great car!! The staff was nothing but friendly and accommodating! The only thing is they are packed to the gills and entering the lot and exiting was a little more on the difficult side. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
