Experience
Dee Davis was a great help in finding me the car that I wanted if I wasnt in love with one he found one that I absolutly Loved and did everything he could to help make it where the price was in my range, which ended in a happy customer will be back to see him when I am ready for another car. The entire staff was very friendly couldnt have asked for a better experience at Toyota of Ardmore! Heard awesome things from others that have been there as well.

Poor Quality
This place makes buying a car a Hassel, I feel as if did all the research on my own. These guys no Nothing about TOYOTA!!

Service Department
The repairs and maintenance I've had performed here have been done correctly and promptly. However, I question the accuracy of the invoice and pricing. Twice the invoice has indicated the incorrect oil viscosity for my vehicle (service advisor stated that the correct oil was used), and I paid for tire rotation labor with my oil change when they had the wheels off anyway for brake work. They are typical of most dealers in that they repeatedly try sell you extra service work through scare tactics (unsafe, etc.). I would recommend them but be aware of your bill and discuss any questions with Elvis, one of their service reps.

Outstanding Service!
I bought my Toyota Camry from them & my experience couldn't have been better! The staff is so friendly and anytime my car needs serviced, they get me in right away. They even let me use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Elvis, in service, is really great to work with!

After low balling my trade in I had to ask for my keys back three times. High pressure tactics. Not friendly.

I'm very sorry you had a bad experience at our dealership. I assure you that your experience you describe is not the norm. Our policy is to not have a "high pressure" selling environment and I hope that aggressiveness was mistaken for "high pressure". Sometimes, ones trade in value does not tally with the owners belief of its worth. We use the industry standards, Black Book, NADA, KBB, as well as condition of the vehicle and what reconditioning we need to preform before we can place it for resale to determine what we can offer. Sometimes it's not what the buyer thinks it should be and the buyer is free not to accept. No hard feelings meant. Again, we are sure sorry that you had a bad experience and hope that you will give us a chance to make it up to you in the future.
