The sales people were not pushy at all and allowed us the time to look without any aggressive tactics. They addressed all our concerns on the vehicles that we were interested in.

I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Escape 4WD. From the moment I walked in for the first time to the moment I was driving out of the lot, the team at First Choice especially Naeem was exceptional. Very friendly, courteous, and looked out for my best interests. He worked closely with me to find my vehicle and found a perfect match after many weeks of searching. I will admit I had A Plan employee pricing, so there was no negotiation involved. Consequently, I never felt pressured or questioned anyone's intent. My case is atypical, but there were plenty of cars on the floor with no hassle prices that seemed very, very competitive. Both Naeem and Jerin were very helpful. I will definitely be coming back when future cars will be purchased!

Granted, it was a cool rainy day when we stopped there. There were about 10 cars in front of the building, the rest were poorly displayed behind a chained fence. The cars behind the fence seemed more like a junkyard than a sales lot. We had looked at several on their website. When we got there, some cars which we were interested in, had flat tires (or no air), trunks were open, windows were open, AND IT WAS RAINING! There were two people working, we were the only customers...you would think one of them could have taken care of these vehicles. We were looking at an SUV, with 4 flat tires! This rear sales lot was too much like a junkyard. Also, cars were parked very close to each other, so you could hardly look inside. We went elsewhere. There was one car we were initially interested in, and the trunk was wide open and it was pouring rain. Unbelievable! Corrections need to be made by the owner! The two employees that were working that day were dis-interested, talking Arabic on their cell phones, and paying little attention to us!

I purchased a used car 2004 Saturn VUE from First Choice Markham. The sales associate Jerin was very respectful of my financial situation and made the transaction work in my favor. He was not pushy and very understanding and empathetic throughout the process . If going to this dealership, please ask for Jerin. Good Luck!

The process of purchasing a vehicle has greatly improved over the years. I found the proposal that displays the purchasing options to be helpful in completing the decision to purchase. We drove an hour and a half to look at a Caravan and it was sooooo worth the drive down. Absolutely, love my van! Jerin was our salesman, very down to earth, honest and went the extra mile to make sure we got the best interest rate. Very nice facility with excellent inventory at a fair price. Highly recommend and can't say enough about the place!

Friendly, informative and very helpful with the paperwork in buying a car, but no high-pressure. Even called insurance company with all of information to transfer insurance to new car. After the sale helped with set up of satellite radio, phone and all the buttons and features of new car. It was painless--great experience!
