Purchased a car from this dealer. Drove it home and pulled into the drive. Turned off the car and went back to it in 5 minutes then it wont start . Tried to jump start the car but nothing worked.I sent the salesman(Ron a text msg on the problem and got nothing back .i sent him another msg on the ignition problem and got nothing back.Now to find out it had a ignition module that needs replaced . Still nothing back from Ron.Run away from them.This is a bad place.

I didn't actually get a car from here but when I emailed I never heard back until about 4 weeks later. You would think if they wanted to sell a car they would respond asap. So I went to a different dealer and bought a similar car. There loss

I went in looking for a car not expecting anything but left with an incredible deal! The service was great and the manager personally made sure I left the establishment satisfied. I will definitely be coming back here during next tax season for a second car. If you are looking for a used car, This is one of the best places in the south suburbs to start your car search. My salesman Ramy was very helpful in showing me what they had that I would be interested in, and made sure that he did not push me too much if I did not feel like I liked the car. I saw the car I wanted online and brought in the ad to their location, I was surprised that they weren't the typical pushy salesmen, instead they were courteous and gave me lots of time to think through my purchase. I noticed they had a lot of good clean cars and I ended up shopping around and finding something else that was a better deal. 4 months later I don't regret my purchase at all.

I came in with cash in hand and wasn't going to buy anything unless the vehicle was clean and good. By the way, I am a mechanic by trade so I know my way around cars. Well most of their cars are very good considering the price and they don't try to hide any issues. I am glad I stopped by because I ended up getting a good deal. As a mechanic and a customer I would recommend 1st choice auto sales.

I was surprised how many cars first choice had when I stepped in. I took a round through the whole lot and was surprised that they have a lot of good looking cars. I was able to find a car that I could see myself driving and my salesperson did a great job of making sure I was comfortable with my purchase before talking about money. I had a great experience and my car is great!
