I had been searching for a LOW mile replacement for my Minivan, for 3 months. I'm a knowledgable buyer and car guy, Chrysler man. I utilized CARS.com to search for vans up to 1000 miles away, since the midwest is not condusive to low usage and rust free cars. I found an add at 1st choice for a 95 Caravan with 77,00 miles. Pictures looked good, a "creampuff" I thought, price was good . I called first thing next day, thats when it went south. Sales lady was not helpful .She could not answer any questions. I explained that I would need to travel 250 miles as I was not from the Chicago area. And I had checked up on air and bus fares. Her reply was that cab fare from the station to the lot would be expensive.That is the only useful information I got. She then suggested that even though it was "an old van that probably won't sell" . I should make an UNREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to hold the van.When I asked what I would do if I got there and the van was not mechanicaly sound. And I did not buy. All I got was 30 seconds of silence. She then said she would need to contact the sales manager for the deposit amount , and would call me back in 15 minutes. That was 9 days ago. I looked the address up on google maps(15855 Crawford ave,Markham, IL) and its a vacant lot next to a MOBIL station.

They make you feel comfortable and they don't rush you on a decision. I test drove the car and I loved the car but I didn't have enough money to purchase it but they helped me buy this car. I've been driving this car for several weeks now and I never had one repair done on it. I got a good customer service from Julius, Connie and Jerin. Highly recommended place for buying quality cars.

Bought a 97 Thunderbird, wouldn't budge on price even thought the car had issues but nothing major and things that I could fix. Drove car home,next day get in to go for a drive, drivers drop almost falls off of its hinges, then transmission starts acting up and won't drive out of first gear. On top of that happening they didn't have the title there and said they would send it to me next day by mail, week and half later I get the title. Then when I go to plate the car paperwork was not right and had to wait almost a whole day for them to fax right paperwork to dmv. Take my advice and don't waste your time going to first choice in markham Illinois and dealing with guy named Jerin, does not know what he's doing and lies to you then has someone else talk to you instead of dealing with him, very unprofessional. Their cars pretty much fall apart once you leave there lot stay away

I went there on friday to get a car and i was really impressed with the quality of customer service that i got from them. I would never forget this experience because after visiting so many other dealership on that day itself, i found first choice auto sales where i got the best car and the best customer service.

Worked with Julius and Connie and found the entire process smooth and hassle free. I didn't knew exactly what I wanted but they helped me find a good car that is really dependable. We never had one repair done on it so far. Thank You Guys
