Wonderful customer service

I was just browsing and nobody was pushy or tried to talk me into anything and Miss Rachel Starr was so nice and courteous! It was the most relaxing and nice visit to a car dealership I've been in a long time

Professional , friendly , efficient service

Little ambiguity in communication and I felt treated with respect and courtesy. Started conversation/negotiation with a feeling that we were going to make it work, not disagree. They readily accepted my parameters and did not try and push me to a deal I was not comfortable with. Impressed with entire staff but particularly with Rachel, my salesperson.

Royal Moore was amazing

I had a lease ending within a few weeks. The team at Royal Moore was amazing. They helped me find a new car to replace it while fitting it into my budget. They were responsive, kept me in the loop and fast! By the time I ultimately got to the dealership, all negotiations were done so I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend this dealership.

My visit was great

I had a good visit and the staffed helped me pretty thoroughly only complaint I have is the services and car are slightly pricey but that’s it.
