UNETHICAL PRACTICES!
Beware - UNETHICAL PRACTICES! We took our 2010 Mazda CX9 in for an airbag recall notice we received and several minor maintenance items (spark plug replacement, coolant flush, transmission flush, oil change, tire rotation). While they were working on our vehicle they BLEW OUR ENGINE! They sent us home in a loaner car and said "they'd call us next week". This was Dec 14th, 2018 and we STILL do not have resolution. They offered us a USED engine (no idea where this engine is coming from or how it's been treated) with a 1 yr warranty or their insurance company would TOTAL our vehicle! When we could not leave work in the middle of the day and drive 1.5 hours to the dealership to sign a contract for this agreement, they withdrew their offer and began leaving so many harassing and threatening messages on our cell phone we had to make a POLICE report! We contacted our attorney and the Mazda Corporate offices in Irvine, CA to get help dealing with these UNETHICAL people! BEWARE if you decide to do business with this dealership, we had a HORRID experience.

Helpful and Courteous
Rachel and Tyler were very helpful and courteous in arranging our test drive. Tyler accompanied us on a 3-driver test drive, and he was able to answer all of our questions in a low-pressure environment. We decided to go with another brand, with which we've owned cars for over 30 years, so we didn't go.throigh negotiations with Royal Moore, but we were happy with the service we received.

A relieving end to a very frustrating ordeal
This review is of my 2nd of two purchases within one month. The second purchase was to replace the first. Rachel was REALLY Great. She was honestly the only reason I didn’t give up and walk out of the dealership frustrated and in tears (which I came within seconds of). She stepped in after what had been a complete and total mess with a previous purchase and literally kept me from loosing my shi* on everyone there. The Key factors in her service that Kept this from happening were: 1. She didn’t waste my time. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she gave me her full, undivided attention while I explained it all in detail- and she ACTUALLY listened - the.first.time. 2. She didn’t try to show me a bunch of cars I wasn’t interested in, or cars that were *close enough* to what I wanted. 3. She didn’t use a bunch of abbreviations/acronyms/car jargon that I didn’t understand, and whenever I had a question she didn’t know the answer to, she didn’t evade it or make me feel like I was annoying her - she actually took the time to find out the answer for me. 4. She was real and straight forward, and about as far from a typical salesperson as you can get. Honestly, at the end of the day - She is the only reason I would ever even consider going back to this dealership again.
