Gabriel was of amazing support from start to finish in the purchase of our 2025 Yukon Denali Ultimate. From taking the time to assist with the custom build and order, all the way to post-purchase with assistance of all media/technology/accessories. The initial contact with Jonathan by phone on Sunday

The initial contact with Jonathan by phone on Sunday showed me that he would listen to my issues and situation, that I needed to do business with Royal Moore, that they would make me a great deal like I had never seen before and that they would find the exact model of CX-5 I was looking for: exterior/interior color, trim, and engine without cylinder deactivation--vin 8th digit L. Hie was OK understanding that I would talk to my wife about financing issues before we could go forward and followed up with for me a couple of times while this process was going on. During the purchasing interview had very positive interactions--even though they were complicated due to our concerns over payments and warranties. Jesus Cantu made the closing price decision easy with clear and pressure free negotiations and met all my evasions and counters with class and humor and changed my view of final closers--at least at Royal Moore... William Pak worked very hard with several presentations of several payment and warranty options as my wife and I struggled with how to pay and with what coverage. Noah Elkind was detailed and dedicated to presenting all the add ons available and added a great deal of data to the warranty picture and went over things as many times as I needed--he helped me finalize the warranty coverage with the 10 year plan and the addition of the ceramic exterior and companion interior protection--closing this piece by making sure I understood it was a 7 year plan with car rental benefits incase of a redo. We went with the long term plans because we are elderly and want this car to last us until we really retire--hope for the gilded trimmed chariot you won't be able to offer us in this world... In the end, we are so happy we came to Royal Moore for another new Mazda--my wife bought an RX7 years ago and remembered her good experience and I buy parts for Mazdas when I need factory part occasionally from your parts department. Johnathan has an unusual warm quality that put me at ease and made me want to do business with him--and Royal Moore--and I will very strongly recommend him and Royal Moore as the place to buy a new car. One of the lasting impressions I take away from this experience--as I told Noah--is that he had a great team that worked well together. Thanks to ALL at Royal Moore! Taylor and Jesus were amazing to work with. Taylor was patient and kind while I tried to decide. He put me in a couple models and made sure I was happy. He was knowledgeable and answered my many questions. His relaxed demeanor made the process easy and fun at the same time. I drove away with the perfect vehicle for me, checking all the boxes on what I was looking for. The entire experience was professional and respectful of my time and schedule. I will not go anywhere else for my car buying needs.
