Excellent customer service!
I had my 2015 Dodge Journey in for detailing after purchase. We were given a ride to a shopping center while the vehicle was being served. After we arrived back at the dealership, our salesman Corey Rasmussen went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I knew how everything worked. He spent time with me without making me feel rushed.

CHALLENGER PURCHASE
OVERALL PURCHASE WAS A EASY PROCESS COMPARED TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP I DEALT WITH LAST YEAR. I WOULD RETURN TO THIS DEALER NEXT TIME I AM IN THE MARKET FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE.

Red Carpet Service
I was not able to get to the dealership until shortly before closing. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Corey was our salesman and he was very polite and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about both of the vehicles that I test drove. All of the staff was excellent. They did not seem to mind that they had to stay after closing time to finish the sale. Excellent service and I would recommend Lithia to anyone.

A great experience
The sales agent Luke was tremendously helpful and honest. He provided a very comfortable and great experience. Even the GM was very polite and helpful. This is a great place to do shop for your cars and do business with. I live in Fargo, but had no problem driving an hour to GrandForks for a great experience. Qualifying
Kevin impressed me. He did a great job of qualifying. Finding out my NEEDS and desires vs. my wants. He listened, asked questions and didn't push. Best of all he educated, wasn't afraid to share not only technical information but some of his personnel story. Then he asked more questions. I believe he genuinely wanted me to help me find what I needed and not push the inventory on the lot.
