Purchased the truck with two visits One to see pricing and the second to value my trade Easy peasy! Did my research online and visited two online sales dealerships Wanted to buy local. And the pricing was comparable.

The style of the service department is very laid back. No introductions, no paper completed manually. They provided a shuttle for us to do some shopping while our car was being serviced. We returned from shopping and the car was not ready. Waited in a comfortable waiting area, but had to keep asking the status of our car several times...finally got someone to check and was provided with feedback that they were experiencing problems with their computer while updating the software on the cars computer. Checked again and someone went to check and returned with the good news that the car was ready.

The service team is excellent to work with and fast service. Would recommend to others for service and to purchase a vehicle. Just overall excellent to work with the whole team.

We are a Mopar family and love our new Dodge pickup. We can't believe what a smooth and quiet ride this Dodge pickup has. The stereo system is awesome. The people at Lithia Grand Forks made our buying experience very fun and enjoyable. Luke and Shiv were very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. They went over every feature of our truck and said if we had any questions to come back and they would help us out. We have been back a couple of times already and they promptly answered all our questions. We would and have recommend them to our friends, family and coworkers.
