I called ahead of time and was told I didn’t need an appointment for an oil change. I arrived and was told it would be a long wait if I didn’t have an appointment. So I made an appointment the girl told me it would take about 30 minutes for my service. I arrived at my appointment and was there for over an hour.

My overall experience with the purchase of my new truck was very good the staff sales people and financial service advisor all did a great job very courteous and friendly there was some service details needed to complete the transaction and the service department responded with courtesy and very prompt and very professional did a great job also my overall experience was very good

Does not listen to customer. Will not follow through with simple dealer work or reports. Customer left sitting in lobby for hours while vehicle sits after work is done. Main compliant is complete lack of communication by service department. Not even sure if anything was done to my vehicle.
