Score would of been higher but.
Score would of been higher but.... I took my van in for an oil change and state inspection. They called and said it was ready. I went to the dealership to pick it up and paid. I was charged for a state inspection but there was no paperwork. I asked and was informed they would find it for me. After a few minutes they returned and asked for my keys. Apparently they hadn't done the state inspection. So, I had to wait until it was completed even though I was advised earlier that it was ready.
