I am proud to say I have paid off my Dodge Dart and had purchased a lifetime oil change warranty. I called early in the morning and asked what the soonest the service department could take me in to change the oil in my car. They instructed me to bring the car in and they would be glad to do it. I did, they took me in immediately and was out of there in about 2 hours. I waited in a beautiful waiting, comfortable waiting room room, had coffee and soon I was gone. My Lithia experience has always been good. I’m glad I bought my car there.

We got an appointment quickly. They found the part we needed and got us back in the road same day, John was our service advisor.

Marty was very knowledgeable and informative. He did a great job at keeping me informed on my car and services. Bruce did a great job on all of my servicing needs and had my car done in a timely manor.

Robert was a great help in finding every aspect we were looking for. From the type of car to the financing. We were originally looking to wait to buy, but every detail fell into place. The only down fall was the wait from being approved to signing the papers. With 3 kids that have been car shopping through the lunch hours, the long wait in between was rough. Other than that, everything was great. There was another lady that helped me the next Monday that was sooooo wonderful. I didnt catch her name, but I was getting my tires checked and as busy as they were she got me in and out in a flash. She was wonderful!

The tech Ruben DeLaCruz spent time with me going over the maintenance of my vehicle making some suggestions. Ruben was very professional remember my name when I came back to pick up my Jeep and engaged with some conversation. Easy gentleman to work with.
