Went out of their way to accommodate
I had found a car online & flew down from Houston to buy, only to find out the car wasn't what I wanted. All of the staff, including managers, went out of their way to accommodate my change of mind. Amanda was incredibly patient & worked hard to make sure I ended up happy.

Our sales person made all the difference
I cannot say enough good things about our Sales person, Amanda. From the very beginning she was helpful, professional, polite, and did everything that she could to make our car buying easy, quick, and painless. To say that she has gone above and beyond is an understatement. She has even driven to our house to pick up our new mini van for detailing and servicing so that my wife would not have to be stuck at the dealership with our 2 babies. Everyone that we dealt with was wonderful, our mini van is great, but Amanda made all the difference.

An amazing experience!
My husband and I spent weeks looking for the right vehicle with the right deal in more than one city. We were about to give up when we decided to check here. Best in the business
I have purchased too many vehicles recently and spent alot of time at various dealerships looking for the best deal. One of the quickest ways to get me to leave is a poor salesman. I went to Dodge as a Chevy guy, and Dennis Hanks convinced me to leave as a huge dodge fan. He was a great guy and was very friendly. He was not pushy at all and let me move at my own pace. It is nice to walk into the dealership months after purchasing a car and people still remember your face and ask how the car is doing. I have purchased vehicles that cost significantly less, and some that cost significantly more, but neither place treated me as well as Dennis did. I would strongly recommend to anybody.

For my first time buying a new truck, I never thought I would have such a great experience. Amanda Eiferd was very professional and was the most helpful person when it came to any question that I had. I definitely recommend this dealership and most importantly recommend Amanda. If you would like to purchase a new or used vehicle request her, you will not feel pressured and she will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Awesome experience.

We just purchased our new Chrysler 300 S from Steve Wray at Lithia. Steve was very helpful and did a fantastic job. He made sure the buying process was smooth and didn't take to much time. Steve also made sure he went over all the functions on the 300 and we understood how to use them. He even got our phones paired up and working before we ever left the dealership. We are very happy with our new Chrysler 300 and the staff at Lithia CJD! Awesome job!

Perfect buying experience for an online/remote buyer

I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester for some time, but the exact year/trim I wanted was much more expensive where I live (Denver, Colorado). I finally came across the listing for Lithia CJD of Corpus Christi via Autotrader and could not believe the price - it was one year newer, with better options and lower mileage for thousands less than similar models being sold within a couple hundred miles. Kevin Flores was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. Buying a car online that you aren't able to see/drive in person can be incredibly daunting and stressful (and potentially ill advised...) but Kevin made the process and absolute breeze. He was very patient as it took my lender over a week to respond and gave me plenty of options in terms of the logistics of picking up the car. After seeing how inconvenient it was going to be to fly down, pay for lodging, and lose a weekend driving the car back to Colorado, Kevin suggested a transfer service that would deliver my car directly to my home. Once the loan came through, he scheduled delivery for two days later - faster than I or a commercial shipping service ever could've done. Additionally, right before I put a deposit down on the car the price actually decreased even further, so I was able to get my dream car delivered directly to my home for thousands less than I could've purchased it for locally. The buying experience was already phenomenal (price is king), but when the driver showed up I was surprised to see that Kevin actually accompanied him on the 600+ mile journey. Kevin took time to walk me through all the paperwork and then took me out to my new car and went through every feature and option one-by-one (including pairing my phone to the Bluetooth). It was like having a car showroom in my driveway! Dealing with Kevin has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service for any purchase I've ever made.

2016 Dodge Charger - Stuart DeKoch
We purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger from Stuart Dekoch at Lithia Dodge and love our vehicle! Stuart had gone above and beyond and has been the best sales agent we have ever worked with. After buying 4 vehicles, we have dreaded the buying process, but Stuart was very professional and personable. We would definitely buy a vehicle with him again.
