Used Car Buyer Call total Bulls..t

These clowns are "professional liars" & put on a BIG show with what they call a "Used Call Buyer Call". They pretend in "fantasy land" you believe they are calling a wholesale buyer to make an offer on your "trade-in" who they promote as not being affiliated with their own operation. Well..... FYI, the Used Car Buyer is none-other than Lithia's very own Desk Manager "Donald Rinaldi & his cohorts". A bunch of 2nd rate clowns & I hope they get exposed. The staff is friendly & I'm sure they mean well. This is a management problem of ethics issue so I blame them & their greed-machine. Do yourself a favor & go to the glass wall & see the B-rated movie act they deliver so they can tell you your trade in is worth 1/2 of what the book value lists in KBB. Get an acting coach & give IQ tests bc you didn't fool me clowns

Why go anywhere else?

We didn't have that "I'm being taken advantage of" feeling. Very respectful and kind to work with. Left feeling great about buying a new car and felt like we got a deal.

it was a great experience coming to the dealership.

Stuart DeKoch the best salesman on the show room floor. This is my second purchase in less than one year and i think the second one was the best so far. I will most definitely be back again. He answered every question I had quickly and without hesitation. I will be telling all my friends and family, Ask for Stuart DeKoch. I promise you will not be disappointed. AMAZING Salesman

I couldn't describe how much Stuart went above and beyond to help me get my first car! I recommend everyone sees him. Very descriptive and shows you what is a good car and can fit in your price range. Thank you Stuart for my first car!

A Top Notch Experience!!

First and foremost let me say thank you For y'alls amazing customer service. I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Stuart DeKoch. Not only was he very informative but also knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in. He answered every question I had quickly and without hesitation. Most unprofessional people I've dealt with.

3 years ago I bought the most expensive car in the store. Called last week and told them I wanted a 2016 just like my 2014. Told car I wanted not available until I told them that an Austin dealer had a car. Miraculously they found a car in Dallas which would be delivered on Thursday. They insisted I give them a check ($25000+) and my title. On Tuesday I thought I'd call to be sure we were on schedule for Thursday. My salesman( Kevin) didn't know but said he'd check with his Manager. He calls back in 10 minutes with "bad news". The Dallas car is gone(if it ever existed). Why I wasn't told this first thing Monday is a mystery. I instructed him to bring my check and title immediately. 4 hours later I get a call from the sales manager that they can't get me my title because they're now closed for the day and my title is locked up. It would be delivered to my house 1st thing in the morning. At 1:30 today I got a message that a check and title had just been delivered to my house. i discovered that the check was not my check as they apparently cashed it . I suppose i financed their business for a few days.

People with bad credit beware.

Just beware of used vehicles especially over 100 miles.. your on your own...................................!!!!!!!!! !!!!! Just be alert keep eyes open ask questions. Look under every nook and cranny for flaws.

This dealership was so easy to deal with, I called in advance letting them know that I was coming to buy a new car, they told me the sales man name and when I got to the dealership be was waiting for me and ready to help me get just what I wanted.

We came from out of town and it was definitely worth the drive. Mr Cash showed us the vehicles we wanted and we will definitely recommend him to everyone! It was a pleasure working with him.
