My first Experince buying a car . I went to lithia dodge and the people there were really helpful especially the man that was helping me Bert Villerral was very very helpful and made it very easy for me and was very fast and friendly . I will recommend him too all of my family and friends . I absolutely loved it there

After searching all over the place I contacted the dealership and they found exactly what I was looking for. The dealership even delivered it to me in Austin. Best Customer Service Re: Eugenio Solis
Just wanted to say that this is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. The entire staff is very friendly especially my Sales person, Eugenio "Gene" Solis aka Junior. He talked without hesitation, knew his cars and had a positive attitude about it all. He made me feel comfortable but assured me that they would do their best to make sure I walked out happy. I highly recommend dodge lithia and their staff anyone looking to get into a new vehicle. I purchased a 2016 dodge ram 1500 from a gentle named ANTHONY LOPEZ which in my opinion was a very good upcoming salesman who I felt to be very honest with me and did his best to get me what I wanted and not what he was trying to sell me. I couldn't be happier with my truck and I have dodge lithia and their staff to thank!!????????

Takes too long!
I had an appointment for my jeep a week or more in advance. My touch screen froze and it needed updates. They were to have me a rental while the jeep was in for service. So, I call the day of to remind them that I was coming in for my appointment. I also reminded them that I should have a rental. They didn't remember, so it is a good thing I called to remind them. So I arrive at 3:50 pm. I pull up to the service door that is open. The employees assist the Dodge that is in front of me and the Chrysler behind me and leave me standing there. So finally I get an employees attention and he then directs me to where I need to go. I wait for several minutes before someone else ask me if I need help. My service adviser Daniel had to be called twice. Finally he gets to me. He gets a reading from my jeep and tells me what they will be doing. He then directs me to Theresa who will be assisting me with my rental. He told me I would be next. Next did not happen. Someone else was assisted before me. When I was assisted she apologized for the wait and took care of the rental. So, wear a sign that says you need assistance and call several times in advance and maybe it will not take you an hour and 15 minutes to get what you need.

Kevin Martin made our experience a breeze. It started off with him staying late to show us a few cars. He actually hrlped us pick out a car that was better suited for us. He wasn't pushy. He was honrst and helpful.
