I sent in an email to this dealer about a vehicle I was interested in, and immediately got a call from a salesman. Promptly set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The salesman was polite, punctual, and mostly knowledgable (he kept saying that the Nissan Versa was bigger than the Nissan Sentra - which is incorrect). Signing all the paperwork took some time, but we were pleased to get a terrific deal on the vehicle. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My wife and I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Ray Oritz help us to find a vehicle that would fit our little family and there where many choices. I felt bad for Ray we had him in and out of different vehicles to find the right one, but he had no problem doing that for us. By the time we found the right vehicle it was late in the evening and Ray had no problem to stay late to get the deal done. i was out to buy a new car and went to many dealerships that made me feel pressured that if i didnt buy NOW i was just out of luck. to my surprise when i went to Lithia dodge i was greeted by a big smile, a warm handshake and a hows your day:) the sales person who attended me was named Trina Ritchie. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how she made me feel like she was there for my convieniancece. when i was ready she was so pleasant and knowlegeable , so sweet that i ended up buying two vechicles. i will from now on deal with only trina ritchie and lithia and have since referred every one of my friends and family members to her and to lithia because of excellent prices i got on my cars and the wonderful salesperson i dealt with. ya'll are so fortunate to have such a wonderful salesperson like her and Veronica Gonzales who did the financial end , which she did thourouly and with excitement for me. thank you so much i almost gave up hope finding a kind human being but i found one in trina

I wasn't accepting to leave in a car.Anthony Lopez was a great salesman.He did he best and got me in a great truck and I drove off the same day.He was very informative and great at what he does. Danielle the financial advisor was great too. She helped me understand everything I was signing. I was looking to buy a new Truck and decided to stop in Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Corpus Christi had a great experience from the moment I walked in. My salesman Victor Musgrave was great showed me plenty of options until I decided on the 2015 Ram crew cab. it was a great choice and he also took the time to go over all the features and questions I had about the truck. I would definitely recommend Victor and Lithia if your looking for a new or good used car.

Ray was a very helpful salesman. I went from a dirt car to a brand spanking new vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for and monthly payments that meets my budget. Ray is still helpful after I got my car. Lol granted I probably bothered him than most of his customers with questions and needing advice about some other car problems that don't pertain to mine and he came through with an answer all the time.
